I ordered a Cuban Sandwich. I had one previously at another local store. This one was SOGGY AND MESSY. The other store the bread was totally different. Very disappointed ☹️ My wife couldn’t eat hers. I ate because I was hungry and didn’t want to go back.

Very good lunch spot! Can be a light meal or heavy one depending on what you get. Pictured is the itialian with cheddar brocolli soup, French dip, horseradish roast beef & cheddar with side salad. All of it was very tasty.

We ordered :French dip sandwich . And they were out of the French dip. How didnt they mention that at the time we ordered it? The whole propose of that is the dip.The salad was no good. Lettuce were soggy.The ey brought the salad to the table . No dressing . I had to ask for it.I will not come back to this place
I was craving a McAlisters sandwich so we stopped in at the Gunbarrel location to eat. Went to the counter to order. They were out of several items. No big deal. What bothered me was the filth of the lobby and bathroom. The floors were NASTY and your shoes stuck to the floor. The windows were gross. There was maybe three tables being occupied but more than half of the tables were still dirty with plates and trash. Instead of cleaning the lobby the workers would stand around talking to each other. I cannot imagine what the grill looks like. The management needs to be replaced immediately here. We will not be back until this place is in better shape.

My family and I dined in Saturday November 4, 2023 and the employees AND the manager were all extremely rude and belligerent!!! We placed our order about 8:30 pm to dine-in. Then I hear a male in the kitchen YELL "yeah ok let's dine-in 30 minutes before close" as I'm paying for our meal. Then as we were seated waiting on our food, this same male was speaking VERY loudly making comments about what we ordered and how he didn't like us coming in so late blah blah blah! Funny, your sign says you close at 9 pm NOT 8:30 just because you want to close and get out of there! Once we got our food, he kept counting down every minute, 6 minutes left, 3 minutes left etc. That's when I noticed he was the manager of this establishment?!?! Is this really how you want your stores ran, McCallister's??? It's definitely not a good look nor would I want that hateful, rude, grown "man" child running my business!
