We have been eating here for years and the last year has seen a change. The people are less friendly and the quality of their soups and sandwiches have gone down.

Worst McAlisters I've ever been to...consistently. I've ordered takeout several times and tried to be understanding but after about the 5th time in a row of getting home with missing items or sandwiches like the French dip missing the roast beef (THE MAIN INGREDIENT!), tonight will be the last time I darken their doorstep. Got home and found out I'm missing the cookie my wife ordered, only 5 chips in the bag with my chicken tortilla soup, and said chicken tortilla soup had NO CHICKEN and NO TORTILLAS in it! The chili was just grease also! I called and spoke with the manager who said she was the one who dipped the soup and she knew that for some time now it has been coming in thin and not the right consistency and she offered no reasonable explanation as to why she couldn't be bothered to warn patrons of the sub-par offering! Please McAlisters, see this and do something! I can't be the only person who has had this happen so consistently at this particular location. The leadership here is awful, if not completely absent.

That was the worst expensive lunch I have ever had. For almost $20 I got a small French dip and soup and neither was good enough to write home about. I feel all I did was pay for the name.Sorry but you won’t see me in there again.

Counter staff does not greet customers. They need to learn courtesy and realize how to treat the person that is paying money.
Stopped in for a late lunch with my wife and daughter! Staff greeted us immediately. They were friendly, energetic and ready to serve! Sandwiches we ordered came out quickly and were delicious! Would definitely recommend this Mcalister’s Deli location!

I've have to go inside and ask for my order EVERY time I use the mobile app and curbside service. No customers in line. Only a couple of people eating at tables and the staff still can't be bothered to bring the order 10 feet out of the door. I went in this time and they acted like they'd never received the order, then found it on the counter and said there were "technical difficulties". I've gotten to where I'm just going to say "no" to McAlister's on Signal Mountain road.
