I have a cheat day and treat myself sometimes to McDonald’s. This one is always manned by a staff that looks like they aren’t offered a clean uniform shirt or are sanitary when serving the food. Which is usually under a warmer to long. I miss the service and fast food quality. It makes me feel like I should stop giving it a chance to improve.

I only go through the drive thru in the mornings when I work on the weekends. But the people that work the window are really nice to me. I honestly don't think I've ever had a bad experience with anyone working the drive thru. Always nice and polite.

The place can't keep.emplyees they're always changing almost daily and half of these new employees don't have a clue and their attitudes are terrible we pay a lot of money for poor service poor food if they have it at all sadly this place has went down hill the large Carmel mocha tasted like cold is water with a hint of coffee no Carmel or whip cream at all sadly if a employee doesn't know what they're doing don't serve junk ask for help from someone that knows what they're doing!!!!!

There is a wait here anytime you come here. Food is cold most of the time and the milk shake machine has been broken for several years now. This is worse place I have ever eaten from. Staff are rude and their hygiene is poor.
