I hate doing this but you guys deserve it. My grandsons wanted breakfast, 30 minutes in the drive thru. When I got to window, employee ask me what I ordered, then still got it wrong.
Then again for dinner, charged for my rewards item, two burgers wrong and ice in drink that was asked to omit.

The employees were loud, arguing back and forth, noone was willing to help the elderly people who couldn't figure out the kiosk, which was the only way to order because no one was willing to stand at the counter and take orders, it's really sad, the employees were literally like aimlessly bumping around in the back with no real purpose other than making it through their day. Can I repeat VERY LOUD employees making all that noise and not making any food. Whoever manages this place needs to rethink their hiring process. These were all grown folks and I'd rather have dealt with teenagers.Edit: just as I thought the food sucked too

This is the worst, most ghetto McDonalds in Chattanooga. First I went through the drive thru and they never took my order. So I ordered on the app and parked in curbside. It took 2 people from my car to go inside and acquit about our order (when one of tried to go in, they locked the door in our face). My daughter went in and waited at least 10 minutes. There were several workers there and cars around the building. Needless to say we never got our food because I had to leave. I will never come back to this McDonald's.

Says it opens at 4am online got there at 4am door said they Dont open till 5am so I wanted an hour till 5am then rolled up to the windows and servers said they were closed for another 30min

Visited the Brainerd rd location sat in drive thru 20 minutes finally thought I was going to place my order lady says system is down it would have been nice if they would have posted a sign 39 plus minutes wasted

Horrible experience! Ordered on the app to pick up inside, only to get there and the dining area was closed...drive thru only! Get to the window to pick up our food and you can smell weed as soon as the window opens and music blaring in the background. The workers were arguing. Nobody seemed to know what they were doing. They seemed to have at least 5 employees there that I counted and for some reason they couldn't open the dining room. I guess that would have interfered with their party! Don't waste your time or money at this place. The owner needs to intervene!
