My order is usually correct. Great customer service. The lady manager is so nice & helpful. My fav place to get a quick breakfast. I don't like how they're charging for extra sauce. Ig things are getting too expensive even for the corporation.Dietary restrictions: High Calories. Plan on walking 2 miles after you splurge on these calories.

My quarter pounder tasted like it had been sitting for a while. It wasn't the least bit warm. Bun was tough around the edges. French fries were also cold. I ate this order within 5 minutes of leaving the window.So disappointed.Won't be going back.

I went in with some family to eat and there is a nice playplace here, but unfortunately on this visit it was closed but no big deal and when the staff got something wrong on my order they were very nice about it and replaced it very quickly and I got to keep the original food for later.Kid-friendliness: Great place to take your kiddos out for a meal and let them play in the play place.

If i could leave a 0 star i would. Ordered food tonight after a long work day, was missing half of my items, one being a totally different item then which i had ordered, spend 54$ getting this food delivered but decided I would go down there to try and get the food. The manager I had spoke too was very rude, slammed the window in my face several times, asked for a receipt, i provided it. Then he said i need to prove it was from that store so i did. He then proceeded to keep telling me that’s not how they do things, refused to give me my food then threatened to call the police. I’ve worked at mc Donald’s and anyone else who has knows policy is you never argue with customers and the customer is always right. I gave him proof of everything he asked for and he still refused to give me my food

Got through the first window super fast because I just had a mobile order but your employees shouldn’t be at the second window literally sitting on the window and not saying a word… the employee also handed me the canister to get my own ranch like I don’t mind but I don’t get paid to do that you do.

Service is friendly but when you are constantly missing food from your order it sucks, this time a whole 10 piece chicken nugget - got the fries and sauce and drink but no nuggets and didn't have time to go back....

I came and sat in the line for 15 minutes and then sat at the microphone for another 10 minutes with nothing being said to me. Then I proceeded to get my food and waited for the car infront of me for 5 minutes then when I got to the window I ask for light ice in my drink and he rolled his eyes at me then did not even handed my drink to me. I waited 15 minutes at the window for my food and drink. He can to window he told me my total and I told him I had a mobile order and he rolled his eyes at me again and then only gave me my food then I waited for my drink and he said “did I forget something” with an attitude and I told him that I had a sweet tea and then he finally handed it to me. Tonight’s experience was the worst EVER.

Great customer service especially from Rachel Schultz. She was so kind and went out of her way. My little boy has autism and he got out of the play place. We couldn’t find them. She found him right away and made sure he was safe. I cannot think this person enough he is just five years old and nonverbal, she went up and beyond the call of duty. She was so kind thank you thank you thank you.
