I ordered a combination fried rice with no shrimp. I received chicken fried rice with no shrimp or beef. Since it was so late and I had just got off work I didn't return it . But I was very unhappy when I got home and saw I didn't get what I ordered but paid for the combination

Much to my surprise, the food was good.So, we were in town visiting when we had a need for Chinese. Found this place by mistake. I love hole in the wall places. They were rated pretty well. 4 for a neighborhood Chinese is like a 5 plus. We don't have one in ours anymore, so this was a nice find.I tried to walk in and order but had to go to the drive up window to order. Hum, strange but whatever. Maybe do to covid. Safety. Who knows. Well, I ordered and had to park in the parking lot to wait for the food. It felt like a long wait. That was my only issue.Once I got home and opened the bag, everything I ordered was there, and the amount was huge. The taste was good. Nothing a little soy sauce couldn't fix. Hunan beef, General Tso, and some spring rolls. All was good, and there was plenty of leftovers.I would visit again.

Came here yesterday looking for a decent meal . I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes then I finally ordered . I ordered the combination Lo mein for $9.59 I ordered two orders of this. I waited on my food for over 30 minutes before I finally got my food. When I got home and tasted my food it was nastiest Chinese food I ever ate in my life. I had more noodles on my plate than meat and I ordered three types of meat on the plate that consist of chicken, beef , and shrimp. The meat was so horrible as if they were serving me leftover scraps. The meat was rubbery and slimy. It’s a shame I spent over $20 on food just to be disappointed and having to go get me something else to eat.

I was suprising happy with my order lots of it and hot got general taos chicken and low main chicken the only thing was no soup or eggroll and i feel for the price should give one or the other and no fortune cookies other wise I'll go back and will ask for my cookies.

The customer service at this place is horrible. The lady who answered the phone was very rude. She seemed upset because I asked questions about the food so that I could order enough to accommodate my family. She had a nasty attitude, hung up the phone in my face and wouldn't answer when I called back numerous times.

The woman had a bad attitude. I now just found a hair in my food mid bite. We will never eat here again. All because I didn’t tip. She doesn’t understand my situation at all. I say that because she gave me the worst look after looking at the receipt I gave back to her. Beyond pissed. If there was a no star I’d give it. Me and my husband were loyal customers and always tipped up until now. We found this place in 2020 when the pandemic closed most places. We were just happy to find something good.I got the combination lo mein. Absolutely disgusting ? she took longer than normal when I was the only one in line. Now I know why.Spend 12.90 for me to have to pull a hair out of my food.Update at 8:19 I called and she stated that she doesn’t know. She said which one . I explained the combination lo mein and she hung up and won’t answer the phone now. So unprofessional.Another update since my blood is boiling: I called at 9:24 and she stated she can do it tonight only if I come back there and make it by 9:30 . She just kept repeating tonight only. Tonight. Not tomorrow .
This is not authentic Chinese food (Lord I wish that existed in Chattanooga) -- but it is fast, tasty, and affordable American-Chinese food.Mini-rant: China is very diverse in its cuisine, from the dumplings of Dongbei, the rice noodles of Guangxi, to the absolutely mind-blowing variety of Sichuan pork and vegetable dishes. It is frustrating that it is nearly impossible to find anything that isn't a bland, greasy reinterpretation of Cantonese cuisine not only in Tennessee, but in the US.Please, Chinese-Americans, serve us what you make for your families! I promise we will love it!

I used to love this place, and I hate giving bad reviews, but the lady at the window was VERY RUDE, since I had to go through the drive-thru I wanted to make sure my order was correct and she snapped at me, so I did the Godly thing and told her to have a nice day pulled off and never return here again.

The Food is so damn good and affordable and it's cooked to order. The service is quick , my noodles be fresh. And they give you fresh cooked rice not none of that stuck together hot pot rice . This place is a hidden treasure

Mister Wok is a hidden gem. The food is always incredible and is given in hefty portions, especially considering the price. The lady who runs the window is super friendly, and the cook (I think her husband) is great. There's rarely a wait, but they are quick. Sure, the building could use a makeover, but then they'd need to increase prices. I highly recommend Mister Wok to anyone who loves Chinese food!

We haven't been here in many years and thought we'd try it again. We looked at the menu online, big mistake because it's incorrect. We called and placed a lunch order, told her lunch order specifically. Get there to pick it up and there is a sign on the door saying prices have increased. No longer lunch portions. No new menus due to covid. They charged double what we had budgeted for lunch. The lady was like oh well, like it was our mistake. The food wasn't that good either. That was a waste of money that I don't have. We won't be back!!
