Mr beast is not really convincing me with the prices being high, the location having no menu or anything, just a pickup spot and a tablet to order on. The guy was really nice

I'm only giving 3 stars. First, the order process was straight forward until I edited the delivery instructions. When I clicked save, all of the food I had "ordered" was emptied from my shopping "bag". I had to order twice. Then the delivery portion didn't recognize my street address and suggested a "similar" address that ended up being incorrect. The delivery driver "Debi H." was very helpful and found my correct location quickly. When the food arrived, I immediately emptied the bag and inspected what arrived. The packaging was devoid of any MrBeast branding or logos. The only indication that I had received the correct sandwich was a "Chandler Style" sticker affixed to the burger wrapper, otherwise the entire order was packaged in plain white wrappers & bags and the order was delivered in a plain brown bag with a "Sealed for your protection" sticker. For the quality of food delivered, the sandwich was still warm but the french fries had cooled and turned floppy. I nuked the combo for 45 seconds and enjoyed a hot meal. The burger patties were seasoned and cooked as described but the bun was also "smashed". The mustard I ordered on the burger was apparently the brown mustard used on one of the other sandwiches on offer but was not particularly spicy. The french fries appeared well seasoned, but I struggled to taste the garlic and lime flavors. Additionally, about half of the order of fries was ends and pieces. Finally, the price for this experience was too much. you are charged "5 Guys" prices but do not receive the same quality or quantity. I paid $13 for the food then taxes, delivery fee, tip and some other unexplained $2.99 fee brought the total to $25. I don't feel the product quantity or quality is worth the price required.

Well designed, comfortable space. Fast, professional service. I had a Mr. Beast Burger combo. But they also have lots of “plant-based” options on a separate menu. Welcoming staff. Don’t expect huge portions. But DO expect great quality! Would definitely eat here again.

Ridiculous, you have to order your food from a key pad, the two guys working their weren't helpful in anyway. So we left, went to Wendy's. You probably need to stick to youtube. Really restaurants take cash and have either a waiter/waitress take you order. And the name Mr beast burgers is absolutely misleading. It suggest a good old fashioned burger joint with a kick. Your restaurants look more like a up scale coffee shop and the food menu had 3 things on it. Don't waste your time!!!!!!

Disappointed. I expected a place with Mr. Beast pictures everywhere and fun advertisements for the kids to take pictures etc. But nothing. This is basically a coffee and tea shop with a Mr. Beast menu. No one was at the counter. I guess they are also the person that prepares the food. I mean this is the largest Youtuber in the world, so I expected something better ?. Beautiful coffee shop though if you are there to get tea or coffee. However not sure y the place comes up as "Mr. BEASTS BURGERS" as a restaurant. The burguers were super salty and super greasy. My son liked the burguer. Chicken sandwich was also super salty n didn't taste fresh. One of the attendants , a lady, was very nice though.

Atmosphere and cleanliness was amazing. Not too sure if it was an off day or low staff. But the service was absolutely horrible. No one to meet and greet. Overpriced, decent wait time. Orders were done wrong. And canned drinks?? Would've been a much more enjoyable thing doing a cookout. Had high expectations. Sadly the hardest working things here is the 1 cook and server and the house plants.

When you walk in you have to place an order on a pad and that's kind of frustrating. Instead of being able to have someone take your order but the food was really good. The fries were good. They have crinkle fries only. So those are my favorite. The atmosphere is cool. It's in a nice location building but it is near a huge homeless tint neighborhood so there weren't any problems at all. But don't be shocked to see a lot of homeless people in the area. You are not in the wrong place. The bathrooms were clean. The table was clean. The restaurant was clean. There was hardly anyone there but you will have to ask for a key to get into the restrooms that are in the hallway as you enter into the dining area. I assume this is because of all of the homeless people around the area. I highly recommend this place but when we went on a Friday afternoon around 2:00 that was literally one other person in the restaurant eating

Did not get to eat there. Kids was so excited drove from an hour away. It’s Friday, 1pm walked in and was told they was closed till Tuesday. So disappointed seeing my kids face when she was told they was closed. I’m sure the food is fine. But as others has said, terrible location. Very sad to see the homeless people around there. Anyways maybe better luck next time
