My friend and I came in for a quick bite and a cocktail a few days ago. Food was absolutely amazing, as were the drinks, but what stood out - was Adam and his commitment to unparalleled guest experience. We were sitting at the bar and talking about how much we love pickled red onions in our salads. 5 minutes later he brought us a little sample plate of their angry pickled cukes and red onions! We were blown away by his attentiveness and personalized approach.Thank you, Adam! We will be back!

Our server was the most polite young man I had ever met. Attentive but not intrusive. Drink was perfect!

Tried Paloma for the first time last night with a girlfriend, celebrating our birthdays. Our waiter was friendly and the food was tasty. Had hoped for a better sunset view but the plastic coverings weren't clear and we mainly watched the traffic. Still nice atmosphere. Loved the asparagus and bacon wrapped dates - the calamari flavor was different than advertised (more sweet/smoky than light and lemony) but good texture. Enjoyed the chocolate mousse dessert. Also don't be like me and keep looking for parking and end up on 27 going across the bridge and back. Pay to park for $10 in the church lot next to main entrance

Excellent service from Darius. Drinks were delicious and the recommended octopus was the best I’ve had .

Sky bar! A great view overlooking the downtown environment. This bar has a decent selection of drinks with a few unique tapas (appetizers). We stopped in looking for a new spot and enjoyed the garlic shrimp. Very delightful.

The service was excellent, food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was amazing. Our group tried some of everything. The grilled octopus was the hit above all the other dishes.

I happen to be staying at this hotel, the Westin Chattanooga, and I was fortunate because there is a really dope top floor cocktail bar there. They have tapas as well so you can definitely eat some food too.The bartenders they were really proficient at their craft and I really appreciate it that! Order the few drinks, of course I I stuck with bourbon, and just enjoy the vibes. There are a few TVs there so you could watch some TV while you're there. They have an indoor and an outdoor kind of situation, obviously the indoor is the indoor but the outdoor is closed in with plastic for the weather. So if it was a really nice day, you could blow those windows off and you can really get a good breeze and really touch outside. It was a super nice night even though it was a little bit chilly but it was still a decent view. They have fire pits on the inside so even if you are on the outside patio area, you can still retain some heat if it's cool.I would 100% go back to this again. Everything looked cool on the menu and it was reasonably priced. I saw no flaws in it and I feel like this is why I am staying at this hotel lol!

The sunset was pretty and why it gets two stars. Literally the worst service ever. We went to have drinks and eat. The waiter came to our table once to bring my drink that I had order at the bar, because they never came to the table. Everyone else seemed to be getting great service. The fancy dude behind us got all kinds of service. We had one drink and left to go to a place that wanted us to spend over $150 on food and drink at their place!

Cool rooftop indoor/outdoor bar with tapas at the top of the Westin Hotel in Chattanooga. It can get busy later in the evenings but it’s usually quiet later afternoon and early evening. The bar staff is super friendly and the pour a mean cocktail!!

Food was saltier than a literal salt lick. I asked the server about it, she said the chef uses salt on everything as a garnish. BAM!

Beautiful view of the interstate. The sodium content of movie theater popcorn is lower than the meatballs or potatoes we tried. The ambiance is just people talking over one another.
