Love this place!Despite it being about 30 or so minutes away, we love treating ourselves to Papa Murphy's pizza. 5.00 for a pizza is a great deal... you'll get that at little Caesars. Here for just a bit more you can get REAL pizza. Plus it's always fresh since you bake it yourself!Not to mention the friendly service and the fact I've never once had an order problem. I simply can't recommend them enough.So reading and GO!

We love papa Murphys pizza its 90% of the time realy fresh. But unfortunately I feel the owner had been the downfall for some of the turn over of employees and lack of care.He is in the East Brainerd location quite often especially on "$10" Tuesday and he has voiced his opinion on multiple occasions to me on top of pressure to but cook dough even after ordering or telling him no thank you.He said Loudly under his breath after I had ordering and was paying him that "I'm basically giving pizza away!" after I paid over dollars for 2 pizzas and cookie dough....this was 2 weeks ago.It seem the owner is in over his head with 3 stores and is taking things out on everyone that works for him.The staff looks miserable every time he is there and he is very pushy and demanding to his staff infont of customers. I wonder how it is when nobody is around?

I love papa murphy's pizza! This store is especially great! During the initial lockdown, due to the coronavirus, the owner had to drop most of his staff! This man, however, opened up every day, despite the lack of business! He makes pizza, that is exceptionally delicious, I wish he could teach the entire chain how to make pizzas!! Thanks buddy, for keeping the pizzas fresh!

I love Papa Murphys, I have been getting their pizza's for many many years, I have lived in many States and have been going to Papa Murphy's in most if those States, our favorite is Papa's Perfect, half Hawaiian and others half pepperoni
This is my favorite pizza. However, the worker preparing our pizza was not wearing a mask which is really worrisome with the COVID rates in Chattanooga.

Over and above! After 2 Grubhub orders from Papa Murphy's was cancelled, the store called me to let me know my order was still ready. I am having food delivered during the Pandemic because I've got several medical conditions that make me very susceptible to the Corona virus. I was speaking with the owner. He offered to bring it to me if I lived close (it's like 5 minutes away) as a favor. I offered to pick it up but he pretty much insisted he would bring my order to me. He brought my order directly. The price was cheaper than grub hub too! I sooo appreciate his over and above service during this scary time. I've been going there for about 8 years now and will continue! Support your local restaurants and franchises that are locally on. I won't use Grubhub again. Thank you, Papa Murphy's!

We are in the middle of a global pandemic, Manager allowed customer to lean behind the counter while actively Coughing,. Employees not wearing gloves and facemask while making pizza. Manager doesn't understand why we would not want our pizza because he isn't wearing a mask and or gloves and he said he isn't going to, His words not ours. After placing an online order and not wanting a pizza made by someone who's not wearing a mask and letting customers in the food preparation area, refused refund by manager, and he became downright rude when questioned about mask. Left location without any Pizza even though it was paid for... Will not be visiting this location again.
