Dissatisfied with selection. No Pastrami? WTH. Nice clean place nice clean cheerful employees ,this is a corporation issue. How can you look a Norheasterner in the eyes with a straight face and call your self a Genuine East Coast Submarine Specialist. How dare you Corp! You won't be corporate long. You probably think we'll those Stupid Tennessee Hillbillies won't know the difference. You looked wrong. Go to any Publix Deli in Tn and ask them how does their Pastrami sales compare with The other meats? Most are gonna tell you #1 among the Specialty meats. Some markets will tell you it's the top seller of them all. Can't use the shortage of Pastrami line. Publix, Kroger etc. Has no problem obtaining it. You don't either. I feel bad for you Mr. Franchisees, you have been mislead and regretfully most of you will never come close to recovering what you have put in. My advice to you is speak with your legal team as to the possibility of gross misleading information that doesn't reflect this market one iota. Good Luck. PENN-Shame on you.

Penn station has always been my favorite sandwich place. I had one back home in Bellevue that I used to go to with my family a lot, and I have a lot of memories there. When I moved out here for college and I found out there was one here too, it became my go to place to get a sandwich whenever I was having a really hard time or was feeling homesick. Thats been getting increasingly more often as I approach graduation this semester. The staff is always nice and smiling, and I always get the same sandwich (chicken cordon bleu, it’s the best, try it.) and they always do a fantastic job. Today was hard, and very emotional, and I really just missed my mom, so I wanted a Penn station sandwich and one of their cookies (again, the BEST cookies ever. Try it.) and I ordered through DoorDash just in time, at 8:29 before closing orders at 8:30. I work in the service industry, and I know restaurant etiquette, so I felt bad but I just really needed this today, but I also kind of expected the sandwich to be a bit lackluster because I know how hard it is to do your best work even at the end of a long day. But that sandwich was massive and delicious and exactly what I needed today. Y’all are the best.

My soul needed this today. Was having a bummer day and decided to stop by for my first time and to say I was blown away would be an understatement. As soon as you walk in the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. You immediately are greeted as you walk in and have a chance to look at their plethora of options. The service was was fast and the casual conversation with those on the line was pleasant and really made my day. Then I actually got my sandwich and took it by and it filled me with warmth and happiness in a way I was not expecting. It sounds a bit cliche but it really just made me feel like I was at home and any restaurant that can do that is truly putting their heart and soul into it and I commend Penn station for everything they do because they are not only delicious, they are fulfilling.

The food is always great. It takes a little time to make a really good sandwich but it's definitely worth the wait.

I ordered a large veggie and they only put onions and mushrooms, nothing else. Not what I expected for $14

We have driven by many times over the years and this was the first time we tried it. I thought it was very good. The restaurant was very clean and the workers were very nice and efficient. My wife had to use the restroom and said it was very nice and very clean. I highly recommend Penn Station.

If you want a staff team that understands what the word no means, and can understand basic speech and follow instructions, this location is not for you, many times what I've asked them to leave off the sandwich, they've put on in bulk, and the receipt always says it's left off, never is, horrible staff for such incredible

It’s too bad when you come for the best fries in town and they come to table cold. ??? Bummer!

Really great subs and fries. Service is usually pretty quick too, although recently the staff has seemed newer and not quite as efficient. Still highly

I just got home with my carry out order and when I opened my sandwich this is what I see. My sandwich is totally burnt on one side, the cheese is burnt and there’s so little chicken. It is supposed to have onions and I can’t even tell if there are any. It’s a mess, and after paying just under $50 for 3 sandwiches and some fries this is disappointing. The only reason I have them 2 stars is because my husband’s sandwich looks fine. I don’t understand the inconsistency.

Fantastic subs! Can't go wrong with a Philly cheese steak, and the chicken cordon Bleu sandwich rocks.
