Personally won’t go back. The food was okay. It was over done a bit. But it was okay. The problem was the service. I had to ask multiple times for a refill. Even stopped another waitress to help and they just asked who my waiter was. Needless to say I didn’t get my drink until after I was done eating… also, I paid in cash an my cash was short by two dollars. Which was awkward. ?

From Atlanta and recently took a trip to Chattanooga. Stopped by Pier 88 for their happy hour. Pier 88 reminds me of Juicy Crab but better. Those Pier 88 wings extra crispy and extra wet are 10/10. The hush puppies are solid as well. The drinks were our least favorite. You have to order a Blue Long Island to taste liquor in your drink. Ordered a Cosmopolitan and I think the bartender added sprite. Yikes. Our waiter provided good service. Would definitely dine again

DO NOT eat here at this location!!! I recently came to eat with two others and had the absolute WORST experience that I have ever had at any restaurant!! Nesha the manager was very hateful to us the entire time. Nesha is extremely unprofessional and we had Morgan as our server. Morgan was rude the whole time rolling her eyes, etc and when I spoke with Nesha about it she defended her servers behavior. I called the next day to talk about my experience the day before and Maria the manager answered. You could hear Maria and Nesha in the background cussing a lot and complaining about the situation. It was all extremely unprofessional. I have never had such an awful encounter with any manager before like I did with Nesha this night. I was a regular at Pier 88 and to say the least, I will not be back to this location. They need new management over there. I would give this place less than one star all the way around if I could. This place is absolutely awful and I would highly recommend not even wasting your time going here!!!

We had a party of 9, yes we had kids but tried to keep them entertained was very polite to the waitress. When we weren’t even done with our meal the waitress came over and said rudely “how do you want your bill i have another party waiting” basically saying get out without saying it directly. She got a tip regardless because we had a party over 6. Food was not worth the price but had good flavor.

If u could give negative starts I would. Do not come here. The “service” we were given was absolutely horrible. We stopped in to eat as we’ve ALWAYS love the food, and after waiting for about 15 minutes of no one coming to get drinks or introduce themselves, I politely stopped someone and asked if she could grab our server. She rolled her eyes and stormed off. Our waitress come over to our table finally about 5 minutes later and I asked her why the previous lady gave us the reaction she did as we meant no harm, but just had been sitting there for 15 minutes with no service. She then says “Well if you guys have a problem you can leave.” And me and my husband were just DUMFOUNDED. Like what?!?? She’s then was like what would you guys like with a smirk and rolls her eyes. I was like can you stop?!? She snatched our food supplies up and stormed off. I asked for a manager and Neisha (the manager) came over and said they are busy and that’s why they were like that. Upon looking around the had more than enough staff to cover the MAYBE 6-7 tables occupied. No apology or anything. We simply grabbed our things and left. I called after we left and asked for the names of the employees and someone higher up to speak with so the cameras could be pulled to show just how we were treated and she informed me “there was no one high than her,” she would not be doing anything about it and hung up.We have chose to eat here several times before and always loved the food. Each time we come it’s at least $60, and we leave a great tip, because we enjoyed the restaurant. NEVER AGAIN.

First time in. We may have ordered the wrong item. We had the catfish , and to honest it had no flavor what so ever. Not sure we will return based on our first experience. Our server was a very sweet girl. She was the only reason we didn't fully regret our decision to stop in for lunch!

We went on Valentine's Day and they had really cute drinks and awesome specials !! Me and my man's finally did a crab boil at a sit down and couldn't have been happier doing it here. Meleah was a great server and the host was very friendly. It wasn't super packed which was also nice. As for the food OH MY GOSH!! The eggs and potatoes were absolutely perfectly cooked in with the crawfish, legs and shrimp we got. Y'all know what y'all doing that's all lol !! Pier 88 is the sit down spot for a boilParking: In a strip mall with more than enough parkingKid-friendliness: Great place to take the whole familyWheelchair accessibility: Absolutely, there is a ramp outside leading to the sidewalk and the door is wide enough. You should have no trouble getting a wheelchair/walker to the interior of Pier 88 or your table/booth!
