Friendly staff but sadly they overcooked our pizza and it wasnmt cheesy at all. It was all dry. :( They have never done this before so I was a little disappointed. I was looking forward to some cheesy pizza

Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced! It took several hours of calling just to get a refund for the order that was never delivered. The managers I talked to were rude and argumentative, told me I ordered a personal pan pizza when I have the confirmation email showing 2 medium pizzas. They even refused to refund, then agreed to refund all but the tip we pre-paid. Why would I want to tip for food I never got? Finally they gave us a full refund, but why did it take so much? Pizza hut messed up and refused to accept responsibility.

We ordered the Big Dinner Box with wings and upgraded to cheesy bread. We spilt each pizza into 4 types: cheese, supreme, bbq chicken, and Hawaiian. The good: the cheese pizza is probably one of the best "out of the box" without any special type of cheese and the bbq chicken is solid although not very saucy. The boneless wings are amazing and better than BWW. The bad: overall, the standard bread for the pizza is fairly thick at Pizza Hut. Since you get rectangle pizza with this "deal" this makes 1/2 of the entire pizza thick bread with no toppings or sauce. The ugly: This comes down to execution- the cheesy bread which was upgraded for a dollar was burnt on the edges and overcooked in the middle. The bbq chicken pizza which was ordered with no onions and was repeated back by the woman on the phone still had onions and wasn't listed on the receipt. After mentioning this to the woman at the counter she acted as if that was an inconvenience for their mistake and explained she could make the pizza but I was going to have to wait 15 minutes. After making it she did apologize and was much friendlier. She seemed overwhelmed in the back since it was rush hour for them (there were several other people working) but just didn't seem to be handling it too well. The remake of the pizza was very good. While I was waiting they forgot to add double cheese to another customer's order. Overall just not a fan of the square pizza due to the thick breading. What would make this a 4 star experience for me: I would just order cheese pizza and wings next time. For 5 stars the above + exceptional customer service

I ordered a pizza and bread sticks over 2 hours ago. We have call them 3 times and all they keep saying is the guy left and they don't know where he is. I will never order from them again.

I placed my order and was told it would. Be 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, I get another message saying another 40 min. I then got a message saying it was cancelled. 2 hours after ordering, the drover called and said he could have it on 10 or 15 minutes. I told him I would not pay a delivery fee because it was so late. I then called the store and she told me to call corporate and complain. She would rather through the pizza away then discount it for their incompetence.
