Sat in drive thru for 25 mins after placing my order got to window and after paying for our meal 10 mins later they told us they were out of red beans and rice asked if we wanted more mashed potatoes I said no give me a refund, went inside for that 10mins later I got my refund. Very unorganized place and got two items that I did not order threw them in the trash, not a good experience.

Mobile order. Came thru drive thru to pick up and waited over 15 mins do I came inside. The kitchen area was a disaster zone w food all in the floor. They told me it would be at least another 20 mins. Ended up waiting over 45 minsutes for 5 chicken tenders. Manager could not csncel my order and issue a refund bc I ordered theu mobile app.When I requested refund thru app they only gave me a $5 coupon to use next time. Also black mildew in soda dispenser. Extremely disorganized and employees seem to have no motivation.

Fried chicken was not bad, but that' s pretty-much the only positive thing I can say. Aside from being very expensive (in comparison with, say, Jack's), the other menu items were substandard and undersized. Popeye's seems to be taking the same path as the (once-great) KFC and I doubt very much that they will survive the year in this location.

Took over 30 mins to get food. Went to the counter to ask how much longer and was ignored for 10 mins even though they kept looking directly at me. Absolutely worst service in area.

Often closed during normal hours and discord among staff. Unfortunately, this place has good food, but the management fails so utterly it wouldn't surprise me if they closed in the next few months. This seems to be a problem with many Popeye's. The place was bustling when it opened because the food was good. It would still be busy if the management could keep it staffed and employees trained. Half of the time it seems the staff is a no-call no-show. You'll go there to find the doors locked and nobody there during business hours. The last time I tried to go, the dining floor sat empty with 10 people+ in line, and the person behind the counter said they had to deal with mobile orders and it would be "a while." We just left along with some others. More businesses lost. 3rd time I've tried to go and left due to it being unstaffed or incapable of serving patrons. The staff was arguing amongst themselves behind the counter. Incredible failure of a business that has so much potential. Again, I suspect this is systemic from a corporate level and this location will ultimately fail as many other Popeye's have. I don't recommend wasting your time trying to go here because 75% of the time you won't be able to eat if you arrive.

My first time eating from this location and absolutely disappointed! I will never eat here again .. didn’t give the right amount of wings fries old and the tenders are just pathetic!! Do your self a favor and save your money

I Doordash and every single time I come to this location it is the worst customer service and the wait times are absolutely ridiculous. I literally just stood in the store for over 10 minutes only to have absolutely no one speak to me. Employees coming up to the counter looking at me and walking off without saying a word.

Waited in line for over an hour for 12 spicy tenders at the second window. I finally walked back to the first window to see if I was going to get my food and then the manager said something about filtering the oil and that I wouldn't be getting my food. She wasn't very nice about it either. They would have left me waiting forever if I hadn't checked. A doordash driver talked to me because he couldn't wait on his food any longer and he said that every one was on their phones texting and not working. Couldn't pay me to go back. Most unprofessional place I have ever been.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. The service is terrible. The employees don’t acknowledge people in the drive thru and then sit in the lobby staring out the window smiling at you while you sit in the parking lot waiting for them to not unlock the door.
