I remember Provino's being the "go to" place to have Italian in this area. Unfortunately memory and reality no longer match. The service was good, the meal was ok, the desert was pretty good. However they sat us in the "Chuck e cheese" party room with no ambiance, a noise level where you couldn't have a decent conversation, and certainly couldn't relax. If you visit and they start leading you to the cheap dining room, just leave.

Great little Italian dinner spot. Good size portions, something for everyone in our family of diverse pallets! As reasonably priced as any restaurant is these days!

Best Italian food in the Chattanooga area. Old time Italian atmosphere. Perfect for parties of two or twenty. I love the Lasagne.

The ladies were great, and the food was delicious. Great food by outstanding cooks. Garlic bombs need to be in a bigger bowl when more than 2 people.

A local to the area so we've been going here for 38 years and always had consistent service and food. This by far was the worst service we have ever had this visit and we're really surprised. We were seated back to back with a table of 15 when the whole dining room was empty. The server could barely serve the table behind us for us sitting there. They said they had to follow fire marshall laws so we couldn't sit in the middle tables that were all vacant that they first put us at. The waitress, Kimberly, asked our drink order, then immediately wanted our food order and we said we needed a minute. We aren't rushing through sit down dinner like we're at McDonald's or anything. When we ordered she asked if we were ok with a salad charge for sharing an expensive plate item. Some of of party had eaten at home prior to dinner cause they're super picky and won't eat salad and anything beside Alfredo and it was a little late dining out for the kids I asked how much it was for my share salad and she said $8-9 for the salad. I said no thank you. She brought enough salad for my husband to barely have a salad and a couple rolls and never asked if he wanted more or refills on any drinks at all. I asked her if I could have some rolls with my entree and she told me if I wanted to munch on what she brought my husband she wouldn't say anything. I thought it was fair enough to at least provide me the opportunity to have a roll or two with my pasta and not share a small bowl with my spouse. We've never had a problem with sharing a meal before and the plate is big and filling and we don't waste food to go in the dumpster after we leave. After someone else brought our food and we were done she returned for the first time and asked if we needed anything. I had to ask for us both to have our first and only refill on almost $4 a person cokes pricing and we were already done eating before she checked on us at all. We added a child's plate and asked for a couple more bowls of bread. She brought one refill and only because I asked. My child had an empty water glass from her first serving and ate Alfredo with no drink or bread. She wasn't offered salad either. The restaurant was not busy and other waiter near us was doing amazing with his tables but she didn't check on us. She finally came back and asked if we just wanted our check and I said yes and a water to go since my child had no drink for her meal. We have always had nice service and upscale dining here but today was not it. We always tip for our table generously no matter how much food we order cause our servers are helping us but today was very disappointing. They close at 10 and they were fully staffed with servers hanging out at the center counter. We've had some amazing servers in the past so next time, if we choose to return we will ask for a specific server. You shouldn't have to ask for a refill and for each basic need of dining at a great restaurant like this one can be with the right server.
