Rude. This site in Hamilton place used to be my go to. But no more. The people working there are rude and seem to be more focused on themselves than the customer.I ordered double beef, no rice no veggies and California rolls. It was $19.20!!!Sorry but never again. This carnivore will go elsewhere.

I never rate mall restaurants because well, they're in a mall. How fantastic can they be, right? But oh my god I have never thrown away food before today... and it was from this place.My boyfriend and I got teriyaki chicken w fried rice, a lemonade and dumplings.We were given a pink drink and when I said "oh no, we got a regular lemonade" you'd think I called her mom ugly with the way she looked at me! Then she pulled a cup of lemonade out of the fridge? When there was a machine on the counter? It had like collected at the bottom of the cup and was way too sweet.The rice was sticky, the chicken was slimy and rubbery, the dumplings were a 4/10.It was so disappointing... we threw it all away. Save your money and go to Charley's next door!

If I could give them a zero I would, I just ordered steak and chicken, the little guy taking my order was talking more to the Spanish people behind me and I didn't look at my receipt. I also had to remind him to give me my white sauce. I get to end and they wouldn't change it. He kept lying about the entire situation.

I mean it’s food court fast food hibachi; can’t expect much. It upset my stomach a bit, the sushi was really salty. For a bento box, beef meal, and two drinks it was $28. I’d rather go to Fuji down the street
