A nice smoothy place in a the mall.Staff are super friendly. They should hire more people though as the one there was doing it by themselves and it was busy.

ordered online a smoothie bowl which is advertised for current sale/availability. Paid online and got there to pick up only for them to tell me they didn’t have the items to make the product; which was the smoothie bowl. Didn’t offer to make me anything else. Spoke as if I couldn’t get anything else and when I asked for a refund they tell me they are not able/allied to refund money. The employees called the owner and she briefly said she’ll fix it within 5-7 business days. Not asking my name or nothing. No seeking further info. Why should I even wait? .. especially after false advertising!!!! Why is online accepting orders for what you don’t have? I want my money!!Update: still no refund if my money!! Thieves! Owner straight out lied and has no concern for her/his business !!

Stopped by on my little girls first birthday. It was a fun filled day until we stopped here. We waited for almost 20 minutes for the young lady pictured below to take our order. Never made eye contact. Walked away several times in mid sentence. Rolled her eyes at my mom more times then I can count. She was completely rude and disrespectful. While we waited for our smoothies two young men of color walked up and her demeanor completely changed. She was happy to serve them. Really made me realize she had a problem with us solely because of our skin color. 10/10 do not recommend if you are a white person. I will happily take my money elsewhere.

Smoothie King in Hamilton Place Mall has the best fruit smoothies around.We haven’t been there in a while, so today while shopping we thought we would treat ourselves. And we’re glad we did!I had the “Orange X-Treme” and it was excellent!! Just exactly the flavor I was hoping for.Excellent, friendly service.I recommend this place to anyone in the area. ?

The guy who works here is great he worked oct/17/21! the girl who is here today is the reason they lost a star. she Wasn't friendly and made me wait once she took the person in front of me order and then made theres and then took my order but then took the ppls oder behind me and then made ours together but also made theres first. Felt like she prob just judge me maybe on my appearance bc I looked very edgy that day. I work in the mall and haven't felt this judged in a while. Next time I'll just online so I don't have to worry about being mistreated or judged. She worked on oct/19/21 at 3:30pm

I work in the mall I always have a smoothie at least twice a week and today was the worse experience ever. I ordered a smoothie that was not to my liking and I ask if I could pay the difference for another size and what I really wanted. Well the owner herself says that I have to pay for another smoothie the way that I like it terrible way to run a business I will not return to Hamilton place smoothie king.
Thank God for this location! I lived in Hixson I drove to Gunbarrel with a location 5 min from my house. Why you ask me??? I want my smoothie to A be delicious and B taste the same no matter what location I get it at. Hwy 153 has use employees and I believe they skimp ar leave out ingredients.( my personal opinion). Gunbarrel Ed does make the best smoothies the employees are friendly as is the owner and I'm more than happy to drive far out of my way to get something that makes me happy. THANK YOU GUNBARREL RD!!

Smoothie King has been a real lifesaver during this heat this Summer! My Daughter and I love coming in to get something fruity or something super healthy, it's deliciously cold and generally lifts our spirits! The staff in there is friendly and seem to have gotten a little bit more talkative these days. I like that because after being cooped up in the house for long periods of time due to a pandemic you really want some socialization even if it's just a snippet at the counter buying a smoothie. They are still doing the $5 Fridays as of last Friday, August 7, 2020. But I will let you know that that does not cover drinks that are meal replacements. I found out by ordering something last week that was a meal replacement.
