Delicious smoothies always a go to for my family and I. They always have amazing smoothies. Although they got our order wrong once we told them to substitute apple juice for milk and they didn't do it right and gave us milk instead of apple juice but they didn't make us pay for it and they remade our order. They never take long to make the smoothies and so everytime we come in there is never a line and we are sitting in the lobby waiting for our smoothies for about 2 minutes the staff is so kind every one on there menu is delicious. They also let you order online sometimes we are in a rush and so we have to order online and it makes our day so much better it is always delightful to have. In conclusion I would definitely recommend this place to all of you and I always will.?

This location is hit and miss. It looks like they have either many employees or a high turnover rate, because every time I come in there are different people working. The service is always slow. Your smoothie might be mixed well…or not. Good luck to those who try. The other locations in the area are much more reliable and provide faster service. This location needs some help.Update: one of the employees did ask how they could improve service today, so it looks like they’re working on improving.

A really nice smoothie joint in Chattanooga.Came here for a healthy smoothie after a long day of travel and I'm really glad I did.The staff were very polite and fast.The smoothie was delicious. I also bought a few protein bars from the store since I had more driving ahead of me. Really glad I did.Smoothie King is one of the best smoothie chains in the US.

Train wreck of a SK.Employees are either next level incompetent or compulsive liars. - - maybe both. Lessons learned: Don't order via app for this location (employee said it doesnt work). Pay close attention to when your smoothie is ready because they wont tell you (I was told they dont do that at this location). And if you're done with the nonsense they dont issue refunds at this location either - - they give you a giftcard which isnt actually loaded with anything (found that out when trying to use).

Healthy and delicious smoothies! Clean and convenient location. Tons of options. I switched to smoothie diet for lunch since last several weeks and feel so much better. Highly recommend!

Always a great experience! The staff is friendly and the inventory is great. I love getting the chocolate and pb gladiator. Although not the cheapest, you always get a LOT for the price. I always feel so energized after having one fo their smoothies. Great spot!

Ordered at 4:03, the blonde working made my drink in two seconds and it was not made correctly. It tasted super watery. Maybe peanut butter flavoring was left out but the daily warrior is what I get. I always get the same thing from every smoothie king and have never been disappointed until today. To pay almost $8 for a drink it should always be made correctly.
The store is clean & the staff is efficient. The Mango Ginger Metabolism Boost and Chocolate Lean One always hit the spot. :)
