This place is poorly managed. No fast food establishment should take this long. None of the pull in parkings work for ordering. So, Order online.... No dice. Hop in the drive thru for maybe faster service. Nope. I've literally been in this line for 20mins. And that's only the drive thru. Not counting probably the 15-20 minutes in the stall.Because we were required to order online, my order has already been purchased. but... My mom went there the other night and they told her that they turn the outside lights off in hopes that people will leave them alone because they are forced to stay open late. That isn't a great way to talk to your customers. If you don't like your job get a new one.

Overall its a really nice place and the service is quick. Once in a great while they'll take forever and the drink melts down if you ordered a shaker blizzard but thats only once in a while, and completely normal. I recommend this place.

I hadn't eaten there in a little while so I thought I would go and got a burger with fries. The fries were so greasy and cold. They were dark like the grease was dirty. Worse fries I ever put in my mouth. Hamburger only had ketchup and pickles. Like eating a kids burger.

Only one person working in the entire store. I’m not sure if she was the store manager or not, but something needs to change if there’s only one person doing drive thru; unloading the truck; processing payments; and making the food. Despite this, she was patient.

When you ask for NO TOMATO on your burgers, that means NO TOMATO. When you order cheese sticks and you don't get the marinara sauce, but you get tons of ketchup, there's a problem!!! Red Bank on Dayton Blvd (the worst one) and Hixson Pike near Dupont Pkwy needs to learn to read tickets better. When that takes place, I'll change my review. I stopped tonight to pick up my online order. I was the only customer on the premises. My order consisted of 2 Sonic Cheeseburgers, which were to have no tomato and 2 regular Sonic Cheeseburgers (only ONE burger had NO TOMATO), I received a free small cheese sticks for my birthday, and I ordered 1 medium cheese sticks. No marinara sauce but a handful of ketchup. I was too generous on my tip for this kind of service.
