We came in town to visit my friend in Chattanooga and she said that she would come here all the time so I joined her with a few other friends. We were racially profiled here and left before ordering. I've observed this comment in a few other reviews, now that I am writing this so be cautious!

The food was awful. greasy food, thin and airy chips. Waitress/waiter i couldn't tell who stuck her finger in my buddy's grub. I would just get quality food and come and bowl. But the bowling machine didn't even work, on the last isle the pins would consistently drop out.

We stopped by here recently after a volleyball tournament. Very cool atmosphere and layout. Their brisket is delicious! I’d highly recommend the brisket French drip with fries (their fries are soooo good) or the brisket plate. We didn’t play any of the games or bowl, so I can’t really comment on that, but if you have kids, I’m sure they would love it. The bathrooms are very interesting….the men and women’s are parallel to each other and there is mirror over the sink. So you can see the other gender’s bathroom and whoever is washing their hands. Very unique, lol. Parking shouldn’t be too bad. I saw lots of parking lots nearby. We walked down from the Convention Center and it wasn’t too bad. Maybe half a mile. Cool place, if you are in the area!

I give it one star because I just had a terrible experience with the security guard as I was racially profiled. I went to the rail to say hey to my friends that were coming in to the place, but was kicked out by a big black security guard who claimed he had warned me that he already told me not to be on the rail when it was a lie. After conversing with my friends I found out that there was another Hispanic person that was warned at the rail. To no avail after trying to communicate with the security guard I was faced with no understanding, or even any attempt to understand that I was the wrong person. He didn't care he didn't bother to listen to me. Thereafter there was a Caucasian man that he warned and didn't kick out. It felt very racially motivated considering my friends told me that there was another Hispanic that got warned, and it made me sad considering we're both apart of minority groups. Disgusting honestly.

We came in at 3:30 on a Tuesday ... $5 margarita was a good basic/starter. Tried the killer bee cocktail which was sweet but tasty. Chili nachos were flavorful and filling. The promenade IPA was a tasty $4 pint special. Kids had the pizza and fries and were very happy. We had a great time eating and playing games for 3 hrs and even with a 20% tip it costs us like $55. Terrific value, and the servers and bartenders were all very kind. Thanks much it made for a very fun rainy afternoon.

Staff may ask you to leave for no reason at all. I'll never go back there and I don't recommend it to anyone.

I really enjoyed my food here. I got the impossible burger with a Cesar salad. The cocktails were very good, and bartenders were busy but friendly.

The outdoor space is incredible. There's a courtyard, patio, and upstairs balcony, along with plenty of indoor seating, games, and bowling. The seating in the bowling lanes is tight, but it's a lot of fun.

My wife and I just tried to walk in, but the "security" is beyond rude. I walked up a small set of stairs with 4 security workers sitting up front. And I'm told "Hey!, use the other side of the stairs!"(there's like 4 steps)... So I do as I'm told. I said, "Was that necessary?". And he stares at me and says "It's for your safety." So after that he asks for ID, and before I get my wallet out, he's asking me to lift my shirt, then pull up my pants(all this was said so quickly as if he was making me bend to his will). I have no problems with security guidelines for public safety. But I also know the difference when a person is abusing their authority. We were also dressed formal for our date night, so I know we did not look threatening to anyone. And I had just bought new jeans that I have to pull up sometimes. I know this seems excessive, but all we wanted was to try the food and have a chill night. Your "security" made us turn right around, and leave before we even walk inside to look.

Was slow and took a very long time to get food. Server was great however it just odd food took so long with a very slow evening.Bathroom having sinks open like that is not cool overly weird and kinda ick.Super odd choice. There a lack of cleanliness about the place. It was OK. The company made it great. I wouldn't go unless it was someone else's plan.
