Always stop by because it's close to work. This store use to be amazing. Now its horrible. Went by today and it's the last straw. The manager was helping a lady finished and walked away. She asked for a receipt. He came back and said you're good to go then got huffy when she asked for the receipt again. She then asked where something was and he stated" I'm not from around here" quite rudely. The next lady in line walked up and the manager and other cashier walked to the middle register and started talking confusing everyone as to where to go. I approached the cashier and asked for 20 on pump 10. The cashier said pump 13, and I said no pump 10. Walked out and the pump wasnt on so I walked back in to find out she put it on pump 13 after all. While pumping the gas it stopped at 10. So I walked back in and asked if she rang up 10 or 20. She smarted off and stated " you said 10" so I told her no I said pump 10 20 dollars. The manager turns and says sir no reason to be rude. So i raised my voice and said that's poor customer service since she had messed up twice and obviously didnt listen. Again the manager told me in a loud voice to get out and have a nice day. So I drove 30 miles down the road and paid 5cents more rather than spend any more money at this horrible store. They should bring back the old staff that was nice and courteous when the store was great.

The old man that works at the cafe is extremely racist & judgemental. Don't go here if your goal is to just get food & leave.. He will spew hatred towards you & whose ever around. He says he's allowed to judge people cause he has 3 degrees. WHY ARE YOU AT A GAS STATION THEN STUPID ?

Lots of billboards advertising this Speedway along the I75 corridor. Arrived... not overly busy during early rush hour, but the place is a mess. No paper towels or soap in the restroom. Trash all over the property. Employees arguing at the food counter. Not a very good recommendation.

I have ordered from the Speedy Cafe many times and I've never had such a terrible experience as I have at this location. I ordered a large pizza with a side of fries both were horribly under cooked. The cheese on the pizza was not melted all the way and had a weird consistency and kept sliding off the bread so it made a huge cheese pile mess!The fries were almost Raw and soggy like they were wet.Unacceptable.They need to get their act together at this location.Gross!

I tried to call cust svc to let them know what these people did in the store today and they went on to make excuses, disrespect me as a customer and all with an attitude! The person at the desk ignored me until something was said. A woman preparing food, pulls out a bag of garbage and then turns and makes a drink for someone. They constantly ignore people and go out for smoke breaks or text on their phones. Bonny Oaks/ Lee Hwy needs a makeover, from manager to staff!
Bet if they hadn't paid for merchandise you'd have handed the tape right over.

4 dogs were dumped at the store. police wanted to see video to identify who dumped them and Speedway refused to let them see it. guarantee if the woman had driven off without paying for gas they'd let the police see the video
