Girl working the drive thru today (11/19 @ 9:30am) really needs to learn how to be friendly. She's efficient but makes you feel like you're an inconvenience. All I did was order from the menu. No special requests.

They don’t take a lot of care in making these drinks correctly. I got cold brew a few days in a row and it tasted like it was made with a different bean. If you ran out of cold brew and had to use espresso or something just tell me first. Also 4/5 times they forget the syrup. If you are busy I understand it’s frustrating but when I pay this much for a drink it should be made right.

I typically never leave bad reviews, but I’ve gotten a little frustrated with how wrong this place makes drinks. Two days in a row the new gingerbread chai was made entirely incorrectly, first with no foam and then with an offensively thin layer of foam that wasn’t even enough to cover the lid. it just seems like drinks are being made thoughtlessly and without care here, they never taste quite right. I understand being busy, I used to work at Starbucks for over a year. But customers pay a lot for these drinks and they should be made properly and with care.

Don’t argue with me!!! I ordered hot caramel apple cider, extra hot… only reason I tasted it while still in drive thru was to make sure it was hot, not lukewarm because of whip cream. It was flat out coffee with whip cream on top!! Guy was nice but argued it wasn’t coffee… you know what… I’m not passing it back and forth thru the window for a fourth time! I wanted a hot drink… it was hot… just kept it instead of arguing. Family had fun tasting it to agree it was 100% coffee, so not a total loss. Kinda like taste the yucky jelly bean game. The rest of our $53 order was good. Next time???Probably drive extra mile to the other Starbucks.

My Starbucks is above the rest. Every morning, I go with my new tik tok trend concoction. They serve me with a smile and utter patience that is found nowhere in 2023. My already novice coffee order becomes even more frustrating by reading off my phone, and I am always amazed at the kindness I'm shown. My Starbucks is raising the bar to a-ll-businesses in customer service, product, and quality. Thank you

I tried to get a drink at this location but it was close to closing time as I approached the door an employee ran up and locked the door as I was reaching for the door handle. The employee then waved her hand back and forth indicating to go away. Unfortunately customer service at this location seems to be lacking.

Before I was hired as a barista at Sbux, I loved coming in, ordering myself a pastry & seasonal iced coffee or iced matcha latte, and just relaxing in one of the chairs. The laidback, smooth atmosphere is very calming. Everyone that works there is accepting, non-judgmental, and all very different from one another. They encourage diversity and I love that. They accept everyone for who they are. If a customer is new to the store, they're sure to make sure they have a great first experience at that location so they will return. We care about each customer by each cup of coffee we make for the community. We are highly inclusive. Any and everybody is welcome inside Starbucks. It's a true third place to just get away from the noise of the world, meet an old friend, or focus on work.We are sure to maintain a clean environment. We make each cup of coffee with care and feel like we spread that care to our customers as we hand them their cup of coffee or tea. We hope that everyone feels equally as important as anyone else in the store.We are all apart of a bigger circle.We are one.

Worst Starbucks in the Chattanooga area, I’ve given this location so many chances to not be awful. I go very often. This location is always out of items, makes your drink wrong, and today the cashier, named Mung, was just rude. She kept interrupting my order, didn’t speak when she handed my drinks after they had to correct them.
