Rude customer service. Heard the food was great but could not get seated since we were a large group!

During COVID-19 we decided to take a road trip to Tennessee because it was one of the states it was reopening. We ordered takeout from Sticky Fingers and I absolutely loved the meats that I picked the ham and a half a slab of ribs. The sweet potato casserole was delicious. We also got a piece of pecan pie which was huge. My husband however didn't have not the best, He was supposed to have pulled pork on top of his macaroni but we did not get that I had paid extra for it. And I'm not sure how many ounces of meat they're supposed to get for the two but he didn't seem like he got enough sausage, but it was fine. I was just happy that there were places open to get food.

Tasty BBQ at a good price. I got a two item and two side plate. Filled up without feeling like I over ate! Would recommend

We were severely underwhelmed by the actual flavor of the food.we ordered. The fried pickles, half rack of ribs with memphis dry rub, and smoked Turkey. None of the entrees were flavored well at all. The sides we ordered (collard greens, broccoli, and sweet potato casserole) all too were very bland. The service was passable but nothing great. In my opinion the food was not worth the money. The only thing that had flavor was the sauce for the fried pickles.

If you've read any of my BBQ reviews, then you know I consider myself a BBQ aficionado. I'm an amateur cook. I spend a lot of time learning how to prepare, season & cook BBQ. I'm also a KCBS Certified BBQ Judge - I know good BBQ. I know great BBQ. Unfortunately, I know some not so good BBQ. My wife and I were driving through Chattanooga and were looking for a delicious meal. We saw this and thought this was it. We pulled in and noticed it was virtually empty. Now, in all fairness, the coronavirus was just declared a pandemic yesterday. My wife and I are both nurses and took the best precautions we could. This is the second BBQ restaurant that we've tried in Chattanooga. The first was Sugars - which got one star, that's worth a read, and now Sticky Fingers. Sticky Fingers, BBQ, and sauce is well known, and they have a good reputation in the BBQ industry. We walked in and were seated immediately. Our server came by a few minutes later. I did not get her name, she was new, but we liked her. She took our drink order, and we started reviewing the menu--absolutely no issue with the staff or service. On a positive note, I checked in through Yelp and got a free appetizer. We had a choice of peach cobbler or an onion loaf. My wife loves onion rings, so that's what we ordered. On the table, there were about 4 to 5 different Sticky Fingers BBQ sauces. I always enjoy restaurants that offer multiple sauces. I like trying new flavors. These were a hit. Ultimately, we ordered the three types of meat with two sides. I initially ordered ribs, turkey, & brisket. I requested the point for the brisket. They came back and said they use the point for chili...odd. Most restaurants use the point for burnt ends - it's the money meat IMO. So I switched to sausage. My two sides were sweet potato casserole & mac and cheese. The onion loaf arrived first (see picture). I tried it and liked the flavor, but it was greasy. My wife didn't care for it all. Again way too greasy. A bust. The main tray arrived (see picture). As someone who has been to a decent number of BBQ restaurants over the years - this is when you start salivating, Unfortunately, that didn't happen. First, I was shocked by the green & red peppers on the sausage. That wasn't in the description. I hate the taste of green peppers. The ribs & turkey looked dry. Overall the tray did not visually grab me. I'll start with the sides - sweet potato casserole & mac and cheese. We liked these. Recommend both. Turkey- the turkey was so dry and hard we couldn't eat it. We took a few bites, but frankly, this should have never been served. Worst I've ever seen at any restaurant. It had to have been under a heat lamp all day. Sausage-, I was not a fan because I hate green peppers. The sausage, in general, were cooked ok, juicy but lacked flavor--a bust. Ribs - first, they left the silver skin on the ribs. I have never seen that at any level, especially at a restaurant. I had to peel it off to eat the ribs. The ribs were slightly overcooked, but ok. Virtually no flavor. A bust. I can't tell you how disappointing this experience was for us. We walked in with high hopes of great BBQ but left crushed. This ranks as one of the worst meals I've had at nearly any BBQ restaurant. Chattanooga is not a place, at least so far, for BBQ. The service and staff were friendly but the food (meat) needs work. I did not report any of this to the manager.

It’s been a few years since we’ve been to this restaurant. In previous visits the food was mediocre and the service less than that. Today, 7March2020 we tried Sticky Fingers again. Our server was Summer and she was excellent. Just the right amount of attention at the table and her knowledge of the menu was spot on. We had the nachos with pulled pork and the smoked wings. Both items were wonderful. The serving size of the nachos, as well as the amount of pulled pork and the flavors were all excellent. The smoked wings were smoked to perfection and they came out nice with wonderful flavor.

Some of the best - if not THE best BBQ I've ever had. Not only that, but gluten free options?? Mmmm - so good! Love those potato crisps and the sauces are delicious!

We like the sauces that are found in local grocery stores so decided to stop and grab lunch on our way back to Knoxville. It wasn't particularly busy for a Sunday afternoon. We had no wait time for a table. Decided on the $12 buffet to try a little variety since we had never eaten here before. The 1/4 smoked chicken was pretty good and the pulled pork wasnt bad either. Juicy and seasoned well. The mashed potatoes were probably our favorite of the 3 sides being offered. We ordered a side of hush puppies and they were awesome. The dessert on the buffet was banana pudding. It too, was delicious and very fresh. I would be curious to try menu items next time, especially the different variety of side items. Overall a pretty good dining experience. Will try again.

Amazing smoked wings and bbq!! Great prices and it's so friendly and laid back. Also love the Brunswick stew, brisket chili, stuffed potatoes, dry rub ribs.... All the food is delicious. Summer is a great bartender if you want to eat and chill at the bar

We went to the one downtown Chattanooga. It was crowded and parking cost $6. We then drove to this one. It was easy parking. Not crowded. Our server was great. We had to get our food to go and he was very nice and did his best to serve us. We didnt get napkins or cutlery and the to go drinks were small. Otherwise it was great! Would come back again.

Food is generally good. Staff is always nice. Think they are do for a makeover. Doesn't feel clean even if it is.

The service was great. The smoked wings were so good we got an order to go. The ribs were a little over cooked. I highly recommend the fried corn on the cob and Savannah dip as well!!!
