If you see this review, choose another subway. I ordered a steak and cheese sub via the mobile app. To my surprise when I got home, I had no meat on my sub lol. I called twice and I answer. Just go somewhere else

Do not order after 1pm. This location only bakes once a day instead of following correct procedures. Oh, and while you wait 35 minutes in the lobby after you place your order, the employee will use 8 hr old bread and use the wrong kind and not bother to ask you if you preferred anything else. White bread after toasted had fallen apart into burnt crumbles. Inedible and now I have another regret in my life..

Omg, my sandwich was soooo.good. The workers were so helpful with condiments. It was toasted just right. The workers were so polite and friendly.

4/20 at 530 pm. There has been a sign up for 25 minutes with a “taking ten min break” sign up and the entire restaurant closed down with no one here. I dont know how you can dissapear and close a resteraunt down in the middle of the day for that long after it says ten min break.

I went to this subway at 1pm on a Thursday, and was very rudely turned away.—To preface: I had seen one of the two employees outside smoking a cigarette 15 minutes before I walked up to the counter. Both employees were standing at the counter not doing anything, just talking to each other. I go up to order and the guy comes over and starts talking to me, and the other employee (woman) came over and loudly said “we just got slammed with a lunch rush so we’re closing for a break.” It’s 1pm on a Thursday with 2 employees and both have to go on break at the same time? You’re a fast food sandwich restaurant turning customers away at peak lunch time, all because there was a rush? At lunch time?

Dabrock is an absolute treasure! They make sure your experience is a pleasant one. They are very knowledgeable about the menu and the various changes that Subway makes. Dabrock goes out of their way to make sure that the customer is taken care of and has a great experience. One of the best experiences I’ve had at Subway in a long time.

I hate to give bad reviews, but good God this is the worst subway I've ever been to.First time I went here, the man working told me I cannot customize my sub, and when I asked "what?", he said "you heard me". I've been getting the same order for over a decade, across state lines and dozens of locations I've never once heard you can't customize your order, isn't that the point of Subway? So I left.Second time going there, I needed to grab something quick before work and I was already in Walmart, so I decided to give it another chance. I ordered something different, and the same man demanded I tell him ALL of the ingredients I want on my sub before he started to make it. He then proceeds to miss ingredients I told him, as well as giving me the smallest amounts of ingredients I've ever gotten on my order. I asked for more veggies, since my $7 six inch sub was looking like a six year old made it, and he said I ALREADY PUT SOME ON THERE.I don't know if this man is the manager or what, but I see him working there every time I'm at this Walmart, and he is without a doubt the most rude and intimidating food service employee I've ever encountered, and I won't be returning to that Subway location.

I will never step foot in this location again. My son is autistic and was laying down in a chair, the man working the counter screamed at him. I asked the man why he screamed at my child and he said "it's my store, I can scream at anyone I want." Unprofessional and clearly biased and abelist against the autism community. Avoid.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible but not disabled friendly. Abelist and disgusting attitude from the owner.

The black guy making the subs tried to start a fight with me in front of the other customers because I placed my order and walked down to the register while he made my sub. He thought this was disrespectful and tried telling me to leave and that he was going to make everyone else's food before mine (which didn't happen because I didn't allow it) but this guy is an absolute nutcase and has no business working in a customer service job where he deals with the public. He's mentally unstable and unfit for work and needs to be on disability. I don't understand how he even got a job.

I was just at the subway in Walmart on signal mountain road and the black man working tried starting a fight with me in front of all the customers! He got pissed off and told me to leave because I placed my order and went and waited in front of the cash register and he said that was disrespectful. Then he begins to proceed to start yelling about how he deserves his respect in front of myself and all the customers when I did nothing wrong at all! This happens at 12:00 PM on 11/09 if somebody in corporate wants to look into this. THIS GUY IS NOT MENTALLY STABLE ENOUGH TO BE SERVING THE PUBLIC. HE NEEDS TO BE IN A MENTAL INSTITUTION OR HIGHLY MEDICATED.
