Barely put any meat on my sub. Ripped me off pretty much. My sister had one tiny piece of chicken for her sub. Heck, everyone barely got any meat.DO NOT ORDER AT THIS SUBWAY ONLINE BECAUSE THEY WONT GIVE YOU MUCH ON YOUR SUB!

Ordered on the app. It's a hit or miss here. The sandwiches hardly had anything on them. Had to literally dig in the sandwiches to find the meat in some of them. Ordered 6 footlong and 2 of the footlong cookies. Yes it was ready when we got there they said everything was in the bag which it wasn't. Other than that the food was

At first, the manager or the guy who was the lead appeared to be acting kind of funny, but he was just letting us know that he didn't take buy one get one free coupons. After that, everything else works smoothly. He interacts very well with my children. The food was good, and the place used to be an old krystal's is very new, and they were just friendly.

This is the most hit or miss Subway I’ve ever frequented. That I continue to come here shows it’s sometimes good (lunch); however, it tends to go downhill later in the day. Our orders after 3pm are almost always messed up.

I’ve been here three different times over the last couple months with awful experiences during each trip. I understand the issue with staffing and have continued to be a return customer because it seems like they are trying to do the best they can. However, after another awful experience, I have to warn those of wasting their time and money at this place. I placed an order to go on the app and was told it would be 20 minutes until my order was ready. No problem at all. The app notified me that my food was complete and ready for pickup so I went inside. Not only was my food not ready, but it wasn’t even in the process of being made. I let them know this and they said they would handle it. They proceeded to continue to make the orders of everyone else in line before starting my order. Overall I sat in the restaurant for almost 20 additional minutes watching people that came in long after me get their food made. This has been a repeat issue and I would go elsewhere for lunch- especially if you are on a schedule.

I did not eat at this location because of how horrible the man working there was to another customer. He was literally screaming at him because the guy said I have several sandwiches. The guy said what are they and the man said can I tell you one at a time because they are all different. The guy working started screaming so loud I had to leave. My daughter was in the car and could hear him yelling at the customer.I will never go back there again

Bread was at least a day old. No meatballs. No soda fountain. Dirty floors and counters. We understand being understaffed, and we were patient, but not having fresh bread really makes the whole sandwich not worth paying for.
