Just had all you can eat lunch with a party of 6. The waitstaff was really friendly and the food was fresh and tasty. A couple of orders needed adjusting, but our servers took care of everything with a great attitude.

You won't find a better deal for all you can eat sushi anywhere else around! We weren't expecting much based on the 14.99 price tag, but it was quite nice, certainly a step up from Publix or other store bought sushis. Plus you can try everything that you like. If you get the all you can eat you can also try the soups, salads and other appetizers or even some of the fried rice and noodles. It's really a great deal for lunch. Service can be a tad slow at times, but if you order enough each time it will usually last you until they come back. The robot server is a very fun and cute addition too. We will definitely return!

The best cost benefit ratio for sushi in Chattanooga. Fixed price for a very reasonable amount of options and a smart policy that prevents waste (leftovers are charged). The place is always full (which is a good sign) and the food is freshly made to order.

Food tasted fine. Service was good. I have only been asleep 6 hours after eating it and now I am up extremely sick.. The only thing I can think that could have caused it had to be there… just be careful because I also am 36 weeks pregnant.

I was taken to a restaurant that was trying to be like Sushi City and they failed miserably. I love Sushi City. The food and service is great! The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Skip the fancy-looking knockoff and enjoy yourself here.

Food is not very good. The steak hibachi plate is repulsive. The steak was like chewing a piece of rubber. It was obviously worst grade of steak, ligaments and fat. The rice was extremely bland and was not fried rice. The vegetables are clearly not fresh. The sushi is okay. I’ve definitely had better. I never received the cup of soup I ordered. They have a robot that serves you which I’ve never seen before, but I don’t think that’s wise as other people are breathing on your food as they grab theirs off the tray.To top it off, there was a hair in my food. Can’t say I will ever return.

We love to go during their lunch hours, 11-3, when the all you can watch buffet prices are cheaper. Their sushi is absolutely delicious. Tons of variety and many options besides sushi as well. My favorite sushi roll is the Volcano (deep fried and spicy). Service is always great. They remember us and the waiters are always sweet.Kid-friendliness: We bring our 2 year old, who devours sushi like a grown adult. We are always able to get a high chair for her. She has fun every time.

Sushi city is Honestly one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Hard to beat the value, especially for lunch. The robot adds some next level ambiance!Kid-friendliness: Kids under 3 eat free, and above that are like half price, the staff always treat our kids well even when they aren't perfectly behaved. Live it.

The food was ok for buffet food. I won't get into detail on the food but I will the service. It was just ok. I ended up paying a 20% gratuity. The paper states 18% and when i said that's ridiculous the waitress snapped back with "It's not ridiculous when you make$2/hr" so I paid her $15/hr....I can't even pay my hard working employees 15/hr. Plates weren't cleared in a timely manner and we only saw her 3 times. I guess this 20% is added for 6 or more. It was just us and our 4 kids... we used to come a lot but never again. No more of my money will be coming here. We even opted to pay more for dinner....
