Horrible customer service. Staff and managers are rude.. The staff does not display a Christian attitude. Yogurt and sorbet is good but not worth the experience. The staff here should not be working in customer service. Over charge customers and refuse to take accountability. I would never recommend this place.

I walked in to the store, the workers had no hospitality at all. They were rude and didn’t care about serving anyone. The whole place was a mess. The machines were so incredibly dirty, and looked like they hadn’t be cleaned in days. The topping area was also so gross. The toppings looked as though they had been mixed together. They weren’t separated. I sat down and my table was filthy. I will not pay money to be treated the way that I was. I do not recommend anyone ever to go to this place.

We just had a horrible experience here. We bought four cups of froyo. The total was $18.45. The cashier told me total was $22 something. I asked why. She said it was tax. So I asked the tax rate because that didn’t make sense. She then said oops- it’s 21 something and that was an accident. I asked her the tax rate. She then said “well there is a 1.00 licking fee.” What? She said my son took one lick of his before she put the toppings on. That was not posted anywhere. I asked for manager. No manager there. I asked her to get manager on phone and she wouldn’t. I asked for her name and she said her manager told her not to tell anyone their names. What? Do not support this so called Christian business.

Like the vibe with Bible verses on the wall. The yogurt and sorbet has a good taste. The customer service is very poor. The staffing is rude. The yogurt doesn't harden /thicken enough and melts extremely quickly. Many of the machines are always out of service. Several machines look to be in service but the yogurt will not come out of the machine. The store is often dirty with tables unclean. Not the best experience at this place.

Really cute frozen yogurt store. Has the old TCBY frozen yogurt vibe with Yogurt mountain touch. .49 oer oz. Doesnt have a lot of flavors but what they have is different and makes you want to try. Much much cheaper than yogurt mountain. A small cup with 3 different yogurts and 5 toppings was only $5.39. Not bad at all. Pd with cash and associate said I couldn't get a receipt, couldnt figure that one out...blame it on COVID I guess.. First time here, will definitely come again whenever I'm in Chattanooga.

We had a wonderful experience on Sunday evening, 8/15/21. As we walked up, the store was closing at 8:00. The manager was so sweet, unlocked the door and invited us in with a big smile and did not rush us at all. She could not have been more gracious, pleasant or helpful. We appreciated the kindness after a long day. She is a great representative for your business.

My great nephew introduced me to this place and it has a very diverse selection. Very clean atmosphere and the people that are so friendly and helpful. Also the decorations are really cool and kid friendly.

First time customer!!! I’ve been craving soft served chocolate ice cream and no one sells it anymore. So we decided to give Sweet Frog a chance since it’s the next closes thing. I got some chocolate and strawberry with fresh strawberries and chocolate chips. It was super yum! Husband did the chocolate/cheesecake swirl and added cookies. He enjoyed his too. Will definitely be back and the staff was friendly and answered all our questions. Would love to try Raspberry if and when they get it.
We ended up being those people who walked in five minutes before closing, but the employee was still super nice and cheery. Everything was clean and tasted great. The employee even let us sit inside to eat our froyo while she closed up!

I dont write reviews but I have to, I had the absolute best customer service experience ever! I left my diaper bag there and I didn't realize until I got home. I live 2 hours away and probably wouldn't have been able to go back to get it. Crystal went above and beyond and mailed my diaper bag for me. She did not have to do that and I'm beyond grateful she did! She deserves a pay raise for her kindness! I will definitely be coming back everytime I visit chattanooga!

I was given a gift card and tried to redeem it (pre-Covid). After my daughter and I filled up our cups the only employee working said she didn’t not know how to redeem a gift card, so after asking if she could call someone for help and her trying and no one answering I just paid for it. Fast forward to last week, my daughter and I went back and after filling up our cups we were told there was no money on the gift card. So either I was giving an empty gift card from a dear friend (unlikely) or they have problems issuing and redeeming gift cards. Either way, I will take my business elsewhere.
