Absolutely adorable breakfast spot! With their tasty vegan options, I was able to eat here with my dairy allergy no problem. My server was very attentive to my food allergy needs, which is always a plus. I enjoyed an outline latte and a passion fruit Mimosa. For food, I had their Vegan Oatmilk Pancakes that were fluffy and delicious! My husband had their biscuits (NOT vegan or dairy free) and Vegan Mushroom gravy. Definitely recommend both of our meals!Dietary restrictions: Dairy allergy

This is a gem. Wonderful food. Unique menu. Different takes on classics. Very polite staff. A must .. place to stop at if you are in Chattanooga. There may be a wait but it’s well worth it.

I had poached eggs & grits. It was delicious, because the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. More unique is the pickled kale that were garnished on top /side. First, I never had pickled kale and it’s always good to have veggies. It tastes delicious! Also, I had the peaches and cream pancakes that was made with real chunks of peaches, with a hint of cardomen, real pecans, and served with real maple syrup. My bf has cinnamon pancakes and it was delicious too.

Such an eclectic brunch spot in Chattanooga! Friendly staff, inviting atmosphere, and even better food! They source local and compost as well. As you can tell by the photos, the pancakes are amazing! Portions are great as well! Well worth the wait and the price! J.D. was so helpful in his recommendations! We can’t wait to go back soon!

As one sees my Google review and the snide comment by the Allegede owner, you can see what kind of place this is and what attitudes you are in store. If you grace their threshold, good luck.

A friend recommended Syrup and Eggs for breakfast while we were in Chattanooga and it did not disappoint. There was a long wait, about 45 minutes, but it was Saturday and busy so somewhat expected. The service was excellent, the coffee was very good, and the breakfast tacos were outstanding. Decorations are eclectic but the green ceiling is pretty cool.

Had breakfast there today. Food was incredible as usual. Tried the coffee cake for the first time. It was amazing. Probably the best I've ever eaten.

I went for the first time recently and it was delicious! I had one of the A Super B.S.’s and it was amazing. It was a massive breakfast sandwich loaded with deliciousness. I had a specialty latte too they offered that was an iced blueberry/basil that was very good and refreshing. The wait time for a table for my friend and I was about and hour but I’ll definitely be returning. The wait was worth it.

The food was great and the atmosphere even better, however the wait was LONG. Of course we did make the mistake of trying to go for Sunday Brunch, so we should have expected a long wait, but it was a really long wait. But the food and drinks and everything else more than made up for it. We really enjoyed our brunch and so did everyone else— there’s a reason for the wait!! I haven’t had the chance to eat here on a less busy day, but I plan to!

Went for breakfast on last day in city. It’s actually located inside a Marriott affiliated hotel. The hotel seems to be eclectic and the front desk manager was pretty opinionated which I would have avoided the restaurant knowing we would have to deal with his comments. (We waited for our table I guess on the hotel side of the seating area which he did not like and made a comment, then he disapproved of me saying it was a Marriott hotel to my son as we walked towards the bathroom as you have to use the hotel bathroom as he said it’s “affiliated”) as far as the restaurant it was just above average as you hope for breakfast places like this to be better. The cinnamon roll pancakes missed the mark. But the reviews were great so find out for yourself.

We were on vacation and wanted to try local venues. We stopped at Syrup and Eggs, got on the wait list, waited for almost an hour only to find out our name had been skipped. Finally got seated and ordered coffee. No coffee. Waited 15 minutes and still no coffee. Oh, and they were sold out of burgers. The server disappeared....again. So we left a note on the paper napkin and left. We didn't even get to try any over-priced food, but if the service is any indication, we wouldn't have liked it anyway. Save your money and time and go to Wally's instead. They have super friendly staff, reasonable prices, and amazing food.

My wife and I had a late breakfast in June 2022 at Syrup and Eggs. Great service, great atmosphere, outdoor seating. My wife had "the best grits" she has ever had, and the Less B.s (Biscuit Sandwich) was delightful. Good value!

We loved the menu here. Lots of vegans in our party. My husband had the peach pancakes and he said they were tremendous. Daughter had raspberry lemon pancakes. She loved them. We had the loaded potato hash and it was delicious and well presented. My son-in-law's chai tea was attractive and he enjoyed his biscuits and vegan gravy. It's quite an eclectic experience. It was worth our wait. The lounge was so interesting with the decor too.

The breakfast was excellent. It was fulfilling for most of the day. We sat out on the veranda and just enjoyed the morning. Biscuits were delicious
