Came through the drive thru the other day and ordered a few items off the Value Menu. My Cheesy Double Beef Burrito was basically cold. The tortilla was cold and it was overloaded with cold things like lettuce and sour cream and cheese. I complained to my wife and she said her Chicken Enchilada Burrito was the same. Then I opened my Loaded Beef Nacho and it was the worst one I've ever eaten and I've eaten my share! Other Taco Bells I have purchased them at did a great job of putting them together. Not here! Hastily slopped together with no care obviously! First and last visit to this Taco Bell.

They had their lobby doors locked. It was around 10:45 A.M!!! I watched 5 different people walk to their front door trying to get in & even an employee walked by the doors towards the restroom area AND it was still locked!!!! By than drive thru was so freaking packed. I just left & witnessed another person trying to walk to their front door and cussing on the way back to their car!!! ?

I'm a Dasher and the experience was awful. The order got canceled because it took so long. I decided to try a bite and it was OLD AND COLD! I would have gotten griped out if I did deliver it.

All depends on what employees are there but lunch time is not a good time. A kiosk doesn't take my cash and I refuse to be a free employee for corporate

I would give 0 stars if I could… HORRIBLE service. They rush you at the drive thru speaker asking “anything else?” after every item ordered. That drives me crazy! Like be patient and I will tell you when I’m finished! Had me so flustered ordering dinner for my family that I forgot to order something and tried to order it at the window only to be told “No! We will get fired for taking orders at the window.” When there wasn’t even anyone behind us. We didn’t get one of our items. And got home to find another item was made wrong. Just a bad experience all together. Every fast food place on Rossville Blvd sucks. Soon they’ll be closed down like Wendy’s.

I got a Is steak quesadilla and ordered Double steak im looking at it and like wow i paid extra and it dont even have half the meat that normally comes with it super Upset eith the service i recieved waited about 20 mins in line yesterday and was starving at the time i had to leave work again just to go get something else to eat i really domt recomment this Particular Tacobell super Stingy with the meat that u pay for i basically only got soft tortilla shells with a Spec of meat and very liytle Cheese and No Sauce whatso everDietary restrictions: Basically a Vegan meal seems like anything u pay gor dont come with meat anyway
