We walked to the Blue Plate for breakfast. And it was closed. Closed for good So we stood there in disbelief and had to find somewhere else to go....

The blue plate is one of Chattanooga’s all time best restaurants. My first visit was 3 years ago with my daughter and I fell in love with this place. There food is outstanding and the atmosphere as well. Please stay open for all of Chattanooga . Please reconsider!

Fantastic Chattanooga landmark that is closing its doors at the end of this month. Go there and have any of the wonderful meals. The service is great and you will regret not doing it once they are gone. To all of the staff, I will miss you and wish you all nothing but the best going forward. Thank you for the memories.

We walked in to the Blue Plate without knowing much about it for one of our rare date nights. What we found was a friendly, relaxed environment and GREAT food. We ordered the Fried Chicken Plate. We definitely will be going back again.

Some of the best breakfast I've ever had!!! I got the chicken and pancake. Delicious!!! Bloody Mary's were wonderful also! Definitely will be going back!

After a visit to the Aquarium, we decided to eat here for lunch. We started off with the fried pickles which were some of the best I've ever eaten. The batter was delicious. We all got the chicken tenders and fries. I got cheese grits as well plus we shared an order of cornbread. My daughter couldn't stop raving about how good the cornbread was too. The only negative came when we left, when we saw a woman changing a baby at a table on the bench. With all the COVID restrictions, we thought this should have immediately been addressed by the staff. But overall, the food was amazing and we will eat here whenever we return to Chattanooga.

Stopped here for breakfast. Little pricey but good. Nice atmosphere, friendly staff. The food was a little different than expected but in a good way. Definitely worth a try.

The Blue Plate is my favorite place in the world to get chicken tenders and fries. Everything here is made in house from scratch. The chicken melts in your mouth and I love pairing it with the world's best buffalo sauce and homemade ranch dressing!! Southern hospitality is a service staple for the Blue Plate. With every visit, I am always greeted and given 5 star guest service! Love, love, love the Blue Plate!

Me and my husband went here New Years Day around 2:00pm. The staff was very laid back and cool. Service was fast and efficient. The food was absolutely delicious! Presentation and everything was nicely done. Our waitress was really nice, helpful and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place for a nice breakfast /brunch. The ratings says it all. Inside isn’t so fancy but it’s has a cool laid back vibe. Kid friendly, pet friendly. Will be back again!

Food was ok I had the French toast and chicken with the hash brown side. The side dish was great the hash brown with cheese and such was really good. The French toast and chicken was good but not great. My wife got there shrimp mac it was great. Not a bad place to eat for the money
