My group arrived to Smokey Bones for drinks and bar snacks. My husband and I started off with strawberry margaritas. Somehow when my friend ordered one, it came with all the strawberries from my review. Ours didn't have any. I also ordered a Five Wits American Dream. I was looking for something local and it was a pleasant beer. My husband ordered loaded French fries, but they were seemingly forgotten because the server was able to quickly retrieve them from the back. I ordered the brisket chili to get a little warmup and because of the brisket. I noticed that brisket was in quite a few entrees, so I wanted a little taste and it was great. My friends enjoyed their wings and cocktails as this is their favorite bar.

The nicest BBQ restaurant I've been to . The pulled pork was exceptional , with several different sauces to choice from. Our waitress was great. She was friendly , we never had to ask her for anything , she was on it . The only complaint I have is that the place could've been slightly cleaner .

We stopped in for lunch yesterday for the first time. Our waitress Kania was super friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious! I had the 1/3 baby back ribs meal with salad and baked potato, and hubby had the double BLT with French fries and a side of sausage. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was good and seemed to be a great place to watch sporting events with all their TV's. We will be back again!

This place sold me some poor quality overpriced Rib Tips. the meat was burnt and dried out. The pic below is what they charged me $13.99 for. I definitely got ripped off.

We came here for a Graduation dinner. We waited over 1 hour never to seated. Once someone tried to seat up the pregnant rude manager Alexis came and told us we couldn't sit down. We needed to go wait another 45 minutes to be seated. This is not a location I would recommend as I never tried the food. But the service alone was terrible.

We love the interior of Smokey Bones but definitely noticed that the cloth of the booths could use a good shampooing. Service was very pleasant and attentive. We enjoyed our food though did notice the potatoes wedges were rather overdone and some things could have been more fresh. *Yelp had a "check-in" lunch promotion with Smokey bones at the time of our visit and both the staff and manager were unaware. Additionally, the manner in which it was handled lacked organization and professionalism. Too much back and forth when the information could have been taken, the promotion honored, and the rest of it taken care of with corporate or upper management later. As easily managed as 1, 2, 3.

Boy, one of my past favorites has really gone down hill. It's a ghost of what it used to be from food, facilities and service. First food was not that bad, many menu changes but the core is the same. BBQ and sauces all the same. Facilities was changed to more open concept years ago so now it just shows you how empty the place is. The mens restroom smaller so bad you will have a hard time getting your appetite back if you go before you eat. More staff and servers than people inside while I was there and yet the service was terrible. Forgot my order and never put it in, had to come back and ask me again what I wanted. Took forever to get a refill. When I did I got a sweet tea with no ice, warm tea. Asked for ice three times then I see him and guy he's training in back snaking and having a drink. I get up and go to bar for ice. About 5 minutes later he brings me ice. I already had drank my tea and now had ice and no tea. He never came back again until I had went to restroom to wash up. Formerly a regular, not sure I will try again.

I have been to this place more times than I can count. The last fee times I have not sat at the bar have been terrible. We ordered pretzels and beer cheese today. Absolutely horrible. Pretzels were sitting in grease and the beer cheese was lumpy and has no taste. Didn't eat them. I ordered 8 wings. I ordered them the original way with the dry rub and glaze on them. I got them plain with nothing on them. I managed to eat 3 and those three tasted like crap. The server didn't try to make anything right. Just got me a side of the glaze and dry rub which isn't the same so I didn't use it. Moral of the story. Be careful what you order and sit at the bar because the service staff suck. Yes I will pro s be back but I will be sitting at the bar. You get better service.

The host told us they were understaffed and would have to wait 30 mins but we decided to sit at the bar, both of the girls working were super nice and friendly and took great care of us. We were very impressed. For being short staffed they sure did an amazing job! Food was soooo good and such an amazing price! For 10.99 I got delicious mashed potatoes and gravy and a chicken bbq sandwich with cheese and bacon! I also got deep eddys grapefruit vodka and tonic and it was only 6.99! Definitely check this place out.

Good Food, Good Atmosphere, Higher Prices.... When you walk in the door the host greets you and takes you to your seat. The atmosphere is nice, kind of brightly lit meeting darker hues for some contrast. The staff is friendly and the food is good here. We ordered the 3 person platter for my wife and I and we totally destroyed it in record time. Seemed more like a 2 person serving. It was $50 or $60 of which of these I do it recall, but either way it's a spendy BBQ shop. All in all I would be more of a regular if it wasn't as expensive. So higher prices mean less repeat business...

Went here last week for the first time in a long time, and i can't say that i wasn't impressed. Out server Kacey was absolutely amazing, very sweet to me and my family. Will most definitely be going back for some wings and hopefully have kacey as our server again, 10/10 recommend !

Smokey Bones catered a family gathering and it was a BIG HIT! We ordered a little bit of everything and everyone loved it! Every time I have gone in the restaurant the staff is friendly, the service is unmatched, and the food is our absolute favorite! Would highly recommend.

We have not been in Smokey Bones in a while. We usually eat at the bar and while out running errands decided to stop in for an early dinner. The burgers were really good, we had no complaints about the food or the server that brought us the food. But the bar was a different story. the bartender was in-experienced, which I thought was odd for a ball-game Saturday afternoon. Service was very slow. We requested another round of beers knowing it would take a minute, but she grabbed both our glasses to refill. Normally I wouldn't have minded, but mine still was 1/4 FULL. I called it to her attention when she brought it back and her only response was "Oh, I won't charge you for that one". We were watching the ball games and another patron came in and asked her to change the channels to his games.she never even asked if we were watching the games, she just started switching. It wouldn't have been so bad, but she changed BOTH TV's right in front of us, instead of down the other way, which would have been easier for him to see. We both thought this was extremely rude. We left right after this. I do understand they were understaffed, which was evident by only seating half the restaurant but to have someone so inexperienced and not friendly at the bar seemed a poor management decision. Unfortunately, it will be a while before we visit again.
