My family decided to take me for my birthday because I had talked about going for years and never had the chance to. We were seated for 20 minutes and no one even looked our way or noticed we were there. As we were walking out a server said she probably didn't even know she had a table. The server may not have but someone should have stepped in. I have not had a chance to eat and will not go back period.

I dined here, and while the service (Kendall) and ambience was fantastic, the food was subpar. Especially for the price point (about $24 a plate for that day). I ordered the Bang Bang chicken and shrimp, and the Crispy Pineapple Chicken and Shrimp, and the chicken itself was honestly very gross. It was rubbery and I can’t tell if it was old or just plain overcooked/precooked, but that disturbing texture was present in both plates. I called and informed the manager (Brian, I believe) and was told that nothing could be done as I called a day later. Considering I didn’t want spit or anything in my food, I didn’t send the plate back day of either, and now I know better.I regret visiting this establishment, and hope the manager checked on his kitchens like he claimed he would do. If you’d like similar taste and fresher food, just go to Panda Express down the street instead!

I haven't been to the Cheesecake Factory in quite a while. A friend and I were out for a girl's night and decided to come here for dinner. It took us about 20 minutes to get seated though there were plenty of tables available. Apparently there wasn't enough staff. We were served quickly and our server was very nice. We got a crab appetizer and I had an espresso martini to start. Both were very good. I ordered the Bang Bang Chicken and Shrimp and my friend ordered a Fried Shrimp Basket. My dish was a Thai dish and had a lot of peanut and coconut flavor with a bit of the curry heat. It was delicious. My friend really enjoyed her shrimp. I got a piece of Godiva chocolate cheesecake to go, and it was good, but not as good as I remember. They also have a full bar with a great cocktail menu. The Cheesecake Factory has a cool ambiance and is good for a girl's night out, family dinner, drinks, or date night. Definitely a place to visit again.Parking: There is a private parking lot plus parking at the mall.

Beautiful architecture and outside dining area. Food is delicious and portions are huge. Staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place for a couples date night. I would recommend the Tex Mex egg rolls as an appetizer.

This is one of the best restaurants in Chattanooga. They consistently deliver fantastic service and great food to me and my family. Even when the store is incredibly busy with long wait times, their staff is prompt, professional, kind, and courteous. I will bring my family here again and again.

So here we go- the food was just ok nothing, nothing to write home about- I had the chicken and shrimp gumbo and the dish should be renamed chicken gumbo. We counted 5 shrimp and no they weren’t jumbo. Did I mention the first table they seated us had cheesecake underneath-so the both of us had cheesecake underneath our shoes- what an unexpected look new ?. Let’s move on- I do tip on service- because in college I waited tables for 3 years and it was hard work, but hers’s the thing- you should treat all consumers with kindness and respect. Our waitress treated us as though we were asking for Fort Knox’s and we only asked for bread. She look ? at us as if we out on parole and handcuffed to the table, mind you it’s my daughter and I. This is the first time in my life I didn’t leave a tip or straighten the table. We could have gone anywhere to eat but we choose the Cheesecake Factory, it’s one of our favorite places to go- but we won’t be returning to this location . I do hope management reads this message to retrain her on how to treat customers. We go where we’re celebrated not where we’re tolerated. She did see the receipt that I did not leave a tip-so justice was served.

My 3rd time to a cheesecake factory,I got the mushroom Swiss burger flavor was great but the burger was was too small for the bun . Both of my friends got pasta dishes,paid $6 each to add chicken and they both had to dig to find the 3 small chunks of chicken in their dish! Our service was great but I won't be back to this
