First thing first I tried to order pick up online it wouldn’t let me so we go in …the lady up front clearly wasn’t listening and messed my order up I did a build your own not one time did I say shrimp I asked for sauce and crab with potatoe and egg an an order of corn I didn’t get my corn she gave me shrimp instead of sausage so I checked my receipt whole time she rung me up wrong and I didn’t check until I got home with the wrong food and I stay to far to go back..spent money on food I didn’t eat cause I don’t eat shrimp money wasted I won’t be back

I had part of my order wrong. Called the store spoke with manager Ms. Que she was very polite and attentive to my concerns and needs. She did everything to fix my order and to make this customer very satisfied that me and my family will be back.

I finally went & tried the ol Juicy Crab. The flavor of the food that we were able to eat was fantastic. But the service and "management" was terrible. My daughter & I ordered cheese stix for appetizer & snow crab legs for main course.. Our cheese stix never came but my mouth started watering as soon as the bag of food that I have waited so long to try was placed before meI put my bib & gloves on and go to town. When I reached for my fork to break into my crab legs, all I found was a plastic fork, after watching my waitress walk past us at least 7 times I ask if she could bring us something to crack our crab legs with. She said that they didn't have real forks and were outta crackers ? I asked her how we were supposed to eat our food and why we weren't informed of that before we selected our 2 items to eat for dinner. She offered to get manager, I obliged, and the manager said Sorry, we are out of crackers but I can show u how to eat the crab. And she suggested that I use my teeth and fingers ? Wait.. what? Are you serious? I told her , Id just eat mine when I got home since I was willing to try and break a hardware shell with my sensitive teeth. The alleged manager was running the register when we left, so I handed her my ticket with the total being $24ish. $16.50 for the crab legs that I was unable to eat bc of no fault of my own. I let her know that it was my first visit to the juicy crab & I didn't want to pay for the crab legs. She said "are you taking them home?" I said "planned on it, but if you're gonna charge me for the food i couldn't even eat, then I'd rather you jus take it. And that's exactly what she did without an apology whatsoever.. On the plus side I got some sausage, 1 potatoes & half of corn cob for $6. Ended up having to settle for fast food and a lesson learned.Will never go back!

We ate the raw oysters on 2/10/24 and got food poisoning. I’ve reached out to corporate to notify them of the issue, but I have not received a response. I know there is a risk with eating raw seafood, but beware.

I have been to this location 5 times the first time was 5 star's all the way the 2 3 4 times much the same this time the #5 WAS SUCH A DISAPPOINT ment They had change the crab legs to we're you had to get shrimp with it. Didn't want shrimp an I get king crab legs witch was about all you can eat anyway. But this time the legs were smaller an less of but the price was the same ,not sure I'll go back. Very Disappointed but the watrest tried she talked to the. Manger witch gave me a whole 10 percent off an a coupon for a apertizer

Sooo... our server Jaida P. was amazing and had great recommendations. She recommended wings with Cajun dry rub and cooked a little crisper. They were probably the best I've ever had. Wife enjoyed the 2 crab cluster deal they have for $16.99 right now. Huge deal! Must try the Husp Puppies also!!!
