An intimate little spot with a great bar, and food to help offset the drinks. Great place to go for something different, yet classy, and homey.

Food & drinks were off the charts amazing! Glad to have tasty gluten-free options here in town. We started with the pimento cheese & GF toast, and split the RC burger & broken potatoes for our entree. The portion of potatoes was very generous, and could easily be split between 2-3 people. Staff was friendly & attentive, even on a busy Saturday night. We ate inside for our date night, but the outdoor seating is perfect for mild weather. Highly recommend making a reservation at least a couple days in advance. Will definitely be back!

Rosecomb has been one of my favorite bars since moving to Chattanooga. It’s been a great date night spot and a go to recommendation when friends ask where to go for a good cocktail. Unfortunately my girlfriends and I had a poor experience recently. It was their fist time and both are bar/restaurant owners from out of town, one of which had been following Rosecomb for a while and called it her “bar crush”. We got there somewhere past 9 and were handed food menus as we headed to the bar. We ordered martinis from one of the regular bartenders, and they were great. When another bartender came by to ask if we would like another round we said yes and that we would like to order food. This bartender, who might be a recent hire, told us that the kitchen was closed. When we asked what time it closed he said “like 30 minutes ago” and walked away. I was shocked that no one came by to mention the kitchen was closing, considering we had menus in front of us and the couple to the left (who came in after us) was just finishing up their order. On top of that, we wanted another round with the appetizers, but instead of any explanation or suggestions, the bartender just walked away. We ended up closing out and leaving, and my friend with the “bar crush” has no intentions of coming back. I usually don’t take the time to write these, but I know you all have a strong reputation and take your reviews seriously, so I hope you see this and can avoid a similar situation in the future.

Great atmosphere and service. Food was unique and tasty. Drinks were delicious. Best place in town for cocktails and snacks. Portion sizes are generous and two people can make a meal out of a couple of appetizers.

We visited this cool bar for a cocktail during a quick weekend visit. Nice selection of liquors and inventive cocktails. Next time I will stay for the food!

My first visit to The Rosecomb since recently moving to Chattanooga did not disappoint. Beautifully appointed bar and dining areas.....I stopped in for a cocktail only and the drink menu was intriguing. I chose my standard Negroni and it really was one of the best I've ever had. The bartender was perfect in that he was available but not intrusive. The dining menu seemed limited but the items were interesting and creative. Will definitely give dinner a try. Highly recommend the bar for it's coziness, elegance and truly amazing mixed drinks.

The most beautiful restaurant with the tastiest food. If you go right now, make sure to get the eggnog. SO delicious. Same goes for the deviled eggs, smashed potatoes, chicken sandwich, and basically all of their cocktails.

A true local's spot - so cute and cozy, located in a restored 1940s style bungalow. The menu is very limited food-wise, but what we had was pretty good - the catfish sandwich and the beet salad. The wine list was pretty limited too, but the choices were at least 'good wines.' We would come back, but would like to see a few more items on the menu. Otherwise, I think it's perfect for an after dinner stop or just drinks and apps. Either way, it's worth going to.
