We called in a take out order. Once we got home and tried our food. The chicken was cooked so hard that we couldn't enjoy it. I believe that a brick would be softer. I returned the product. The owner REFUSED to exchange the aweful hard tasting chicken for a fresh order. I went to this location often. I WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER cent there again. I will tell everyone of my horrible customer service experience at Touchdown Wings. PLEASE SHOP ELSEWHERE. This non American establishment has rude customer service. The owner is very rude. He pretended to not speak English to keep from giving me better food. SHAME ON HIM!!!!Parking: There is very limited parking and it's extremely hard to get in and out of the parking due to the traffic on Brained Rd. Please use extreme caution to prevent further accidents to you and your loved ones

Terrible experience here my rating is no stars !!!if i could rate it that. I went in and ordered a 10 piece combo all drums. The owner had in earphones he tells me my total is $30.58 and so I ask well how is it $30.58 I only ordered a 10 piece combo and he responds and says i dont know why it is $30.58 how many combos do you want ? He was not listening and was being aggressive so I said it is okay I am not paying $30.58 for a 10 piece combo so i walked out and he follows me to the door and raises his feet as if he was about to kick me so i proceeded to pull my phone out and record him so he runs to the hallway by the bathroom gets a taser ready then comes back and starts to follow me and waving the taser at me I called the police and they did nothing this place needs to be shut down this owner tall korean or asian guy has no respect for anybody or any support giving from the community

My first time ordering food here and the lady was very nice and patient with me.The food was great. I will come back. You should try the lemonade and peach drink?
Waited for an online pick up, the guy at the front informed me a few minutes. This happened until 10 minutes later as I’m standing at the counter he comes out front yelling saying 5 more minutes I told you. Meanwhile my fries were hot and wings were slightly warm. It also was not busy when I was there I was the only one.

I went once and the Cajun wings were the best I'd ever had. I went again and the cashier had earbuds in and made 2 mistakes on my order. The wings were underseasoned the second time too.

(They dont take more than 10 minutes to fix your food.)They will show what you ordered and give it to you fresh.If you call ahead, they may not get to you or you may have trouble talking over the phone. I've always had better experience just ordering in person.Fried rice is fire.Vegetarian options: Fried rice and French friesParking: At least 10 spots
