Very surprised at the decline in this place. It’s Friday night and all draft beer is down. Thats okay we can do bottles and then the beer was hot. Nicely asked for anything cold and we did finally get that.I went and found our waiter so we could finally order.I went and got our own napkins and I had to go back in the service area to ask for silverware, they said they didn’t have any and scooped up a bunch of plastic forks for us.It’s an hour in and still waiting for food… keep in mind this is all drop food (ie fried chicken fingers and fries).I’ve had to go find the wait staff 3 times.I’ve had better chicken tenders at Hardee’s.Sorry good atmosphere but this place sucks.

Read the reviews and looked at the pictures. The pictures of the fish tacos caught my attention..I have always wanted to try them, but have always been nervous. The pictures made me decide that I was ready and they did NOT disappoint! Oh my word! The fish was AMAZING. The tacos also come with chips/salsa, fries, tater tots, or sweet potato fries. I tried the sweet potato fries and they were delicious also. It was nice outside so we enjoyed a spot on the patio. They are pet friendly outside and it was nice to see friendly pooches! I will definitely return!!Parking: Parking in the street surrounding the area.
Food was absolute garbage other than tots and wings. We never got a refil at all. It’s so loud you have to scream your order. Should have went to McDonalds.

Burger was ok, a little dry. Fries were cold and hard. Saw many tables that left and full orders of fries still there. Every table was full of dishes despite 3 servers and only 2 other tables of customers. Their website menu is okd and not correct according to the server. They were polite though so I guess that's something.
Great food and service! I really like that they kept the look of the old service station. Great place will definitely go back when we are in Chattanooga!

I had the smokehouse burger which was really good, especially the bbq sauce. Fries were bland but it wasn't a huge deal. There is a kids menu but it's mostly a bar kind of place that's loud and packed so not really recommended for family type dinners. Good for a quick end of the night eat.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu but environment isn't really kid-friendly, it's a bar normally crowded and loud.
My husband and I recently discovered Universal Joint, a restaurant with a dog-friendly patio that we enjoyed visiting. The food was great and the service was excellent. As soon as we were seated, the dogs were given a big bucket of water, which we appreciated. We ordered some cold draft beer from a fantastic selection on tap, and the Avocado Fiesta appetizer which was served with tortilla chips. Everything was very fresh. Bob ordered the Texas Cheesesteak Melt, which he thoroughly enjoyed, while I opted for the Southwest Chicken Quesadilla. I found the quesadilla to be a perfect balance of fresh ingredients, and it wasn't runny like some quesadillas I've had in the past. The view from the patio was really nice too. We will certainly be returning to this restaurant.
