It’s always something with this place… today it was that their system was clearly up and running and they were all too busy hitting a blunt in the parking lot to make my food. The people that work at this location are the reason Fast Food Employees get minimum wage… minimum effort. Minimum intelligence.
Lobby seems clean and well stocked. Plenty of seating available for dine in eating. The cashier was clearly not in the front and none of the 6 or so individuals preparing orders or working the drive thru took the time to acknowledge I was there and let me know someone would be with me. Up until the person working the register showed up to take my order it really felt as if they were completely ignoring the fact that a customer was waiting.

Overall good. Cleanliness was a bit lacking with visible dropped food in the floor. The consumable food on the tray, however, was good but tasted a bit more like McDonald's rather than like most other Wendy's locations.

Just, don’t come here if you can help it. I’ve been here 3 times the past 2 years and I always hope that the service will be better because the location is conviennent. Every time my order is either wrong, or the staff acts like they’ve been forced to work there against their will (AKA sleeping on the register while we’re waiting to take our order). Just go somewhere else.

If I could give less I would. I have never reviewed a restaurant, because I am very easy going and forgiving of mistakes. But my last visit to this location was perhaps the worst experience I’ve had. I ordered a #8 meal with a large fry, sauces, and a taco salad. I was given the sandwhich, but a CHILI and a sauce-less ceasar salad without my drink. It also took 20 minutes to get through the line. When they first opened, they were maybe one of the better locations, but wow, it has gone downhill
