I am so upset that I am all the way at home and realized that they did not make anything the way I requested it. I asked for a classic chicken sandwich made like a single -meaning with everything on it including cheese, but what I got was a chicken sandwich with onions and ketchup on it. I also asked for a baked potato with cheese and sour cream- I received dry potato With chives on the top. I should have known from the tone of the person work in the window that my order was not gonna come out correctly. First impressions are everything and I’m sorry to say that this was not a good one from start to finish.

My fiance and I put in an order through the wendys app around 11:25 pm tonight (3/22) since both the app and google said they were open until 1am. Upon arriving, there was NO ONE there at the store, lights are off. Proceeded to call the store just to see if it was maybe just a unusual happenstance, sure enough no one answered. We both sat in the car for 25 minutes to see if we would recieve service that never came with multiple cars behind us waiting. False advertising for their times online.

I go through the drive through probably 4-5 times each week. The service is quick and efficient. The food tastes great. There are two ladies who are rock stars who work the pick-up window. They are Kim and Keyonna. They are awesome people and are a very positive face for this Wendy's. They are kind and always smiling. The owner should give them both a bonus for such amazing customer service. I appreciate it very much. A+++++

Come down and watch Wendy's employees all gathered in the parking lot chain smoking every night while laughing at the drive thru line grow longer and longer. Miserable service. Inept ownership. Food is often wrong, cooked poorly, or packaged terribly. Might be the worst Wendy's in the south. Avoid at all costs.

Went very late before closing and they were quick, and efficient! 12/17. The workers were very kind!! I don’t know they’re names but if I did I would’ve included them!!
I ordered through door dash at 10pm and they quit making food and I found out through my dasher 3hrs after (1am). So no I will not go to this location or recommend it at night.

I placed a mobile order- family Chili, single burger and three frostys. I left my home about 15 minutes to pick up the order. After waiting over 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker, I pulled around and asked about my mobile order. 17 minutes later my bags were thrust out of the window. It took 27 minutes to get my chili (good) and my burger (mediocre at best) and never got the 3 frostys. This that the third strike for Red Banks Wendy’s. This one has never recovered from COVID. I won’t be back!

This is the nastiest Wendy's I have ever seen! It reeked of cigarettes and old grease. There were cigarette ashes on the edge of the toilet. Needless to say, I chose to not order any food. Disgusting!
