Whitebird has potential. Menu is small and curated which I was looking forward to. Dishes were balanced but in need of salt and the restaurant in need of some music outside.Chase, our server, was sweet and accommodating. It was a sleep Sunday in Chattanooga, so it’s safe to say we were pretty confused when it took 15 mins to be greeted at the table. Later on we found out that the kitchen and FOH were being stretched to simultaneously cater a rooftop event for the hotel.

Paid fixed fee for Easter Brunch ($59 pp). Appetizer buffet kept running out of many items and were not replaced. Drinks that were ordered were made without specified ingredients and charged full price even though key ingredients were missing (ex. Loaded Bloody Mary served with only olives). Entrees all had poached eggs that were served with completely hard yolks (way over cooked). Spent over $400 for quite a subpar meal. Also, didn’t appreciate the included 22% service fee for slow and sloppy service.

After reviewing the menu online, we called ahead to schedule an Easter brunch for our family. When we arrived we were handed two menus: one for the buffet and the other their regular menu. Only when the waiter came to take our order were we told they were only serving their Easter brunch. We asked to talk to the manager who was unhelpful and didn't seem to care. We will not return

Best Easter brunch ever!! My family drove hours to Chattanooga to spend Easter together and this place was the best part of our time here! I ordered the lamb chops a la carte and it was delicious, as was everything else from the buffet (included with the brunch). My family aren’t big buffet people but they adored this one due to the quality of everything provided! Furthermore, our server Joselyn was perfect, excellent service! Will absolutely be back. ?

My fiance and I came to Chattanooga for a weekend getaway. She usually can't make up her mind on a place to eat so I didn't fight this Sunday brunch selection. I was completely and utterly impressed by the food and service at this establishment. The staff actually voluntarily came by and spoke to us about local activities and events. The waitress legitimately cared about her provided service and listened to my needs too. When I couldn't make a decision on my meal she brought me a taste of both dishes. I needed something different/unique but I always lean on normal/comfort foods. Their PB&J French toast was that new, I needed! Holy Wow that should be a taste experience everyone gets the chance to enjoy! I also got a small side biscuits and gravy with eggs while in my comfort zone was unique in flavor as well! She had eggs benedict with fried green tomatoes I think it's their self-titled dish. It looked like a small portion of food but it was deceiving and was more than enough, also delicious. Very clean restaurant and right on the river. Connected to Edwin hotel that while kind of pricey (did not stay but considered it) will be our next reservation.

The place was great. Food was really good and service was as well. Except for the fact they forgot to give us our leftovers which we were really looking forward to as it was 1/2 of my Filet. But it was half our fault for not reminding him.

We had a really nice brunch here. Had the biscuits with sorghum butter, jam and apple butter. One person got the Bennie I believe, a Benedict egg on a fried green tomato. The Belgium waffle with whiskey infused banana foster and spicy chocolate was AMAZING.I have high standards for brunch places and I feel like Chatt is kind of all over the place tryin to find a good one. They delivered here. And the atmosphere was very nice inside the Edwin hotel. Great place for any occasion. Service was great too. Only hiccup was the reservations through the app - they claimed they didn't have us down when I had a confirmation text saying we booked online...and their phone line doesn't give you options to really make a reservation that way.

Pretty quiet for a Thursday. We had a pork chop and the trout. The proteins were both cooked perfectly. Accompanying items were ok. The cornbread was good. Beet salad was fine- nothing new about a beet and goat cheese salad. The pork belly was a large portion and was good - would've been better crisped up a little more. Our server was very friendly and took good care of us. Very pretty restaurant.

Excellent meal. both my wife and I really liked our food, the best we have had in a while. Service was also excellent. If we return to Chattanooga, we would eat at Whitebird again.

My husband and I visited here for a Saturday brunch and it was FANTASTIC! We got the Crab dip to start and it was a 10/10. Husband got the biscuits and gravy and it was wonderful. I got the brisket and potatoes, so delicious. Service and ambiance were also so posh and lovely!

We came in with a group of 8 women tonight for a work dinner. We expected the food to be wonderful but didn’t know we were in store for the most amazingly funny (and totally “humble”) server ever. Danny kept us laughing the entire night and provided excellent service throughout. Definitely recommend. Ask to sit in Danny’s section when you arrive, and you’ll be in for a totally awesome experience!

Tough night tonight. Service was lacking (a private event upstairs and a lot of large high school parties it seems) and most of the food came out cold. Bummer for a pretty significant tab.

Service was very slow. It took us two hours total from start to finish. The appetizers were amazing however the entree was not worth the money at all. I ordered the trout & it was very bland. The beans were also hard & tasted like they came straight out the bag. Very disappointed.
