This is one of the most sorry excuses for a restaurant I have ever witnessed. Had to get manager multiple times at front counter. 1st time after me ordering big zax snack they gave me grilled chicken sandwich. 2nd time they gave me barely warm chicken fingers which didn't look cooked all the way. I witnessed the front of house cashiers literally fighting and pushing one another and screaming the F word. The attitude I received was that they couldn't care less about their job. Also tables were dirty and staff was not doing anything about it. Last visit all of the carbonation was out in drink machine and the manager couldn't seem to figure out how to fix it. I work at Taco Bell and know how to conduct fast food industry. HR needs to take care of this place immediately.

Waited 15 minutes to get a sandwich that looked like this (it’s supposed to be Texas toast).The service wasn’t great either, and the long wait didn’t help.There was also essentially no sauce in my sandwich, bad experience all around.

Large order of french fries, about three dollars, or about the size of regular fries at other fast food outlets. See picture of box which was about 2/3 full at the beginning. Sorry, I didn’t think to take a picture until I do eat and the bigger fries. McDonald’s and KFC, whose fries are significantly tastier give you significantly larger volume of Fry‘s for the similar three dollar price. Also, this location has one self-service drink machine the type with hundreds of choices so if several kids are in front of you, it can add 10 minutes to your time just getting a drink.

I view Zaxby's as equal to Bojangles your chicken is a little worse be the sauces you got more than make up for it ,and their French fires aren't the best. Better boneless wings I had tho,whenever I go back I am getting some of their nuclear sauce to see what they view as spicy as

My husband and I ordered from this location back in December and our order was wrong. We hang eaten there since but today we decided to eat there today. Again our order was wrong. We won’t be back. It would be different if it only happened every now and then but it’s every time we eat at this location. And your food is not cheap. We expect to get what we pay for. Very disappointed. And we weren’t about to come back around the mountain from Whitwell.Management needs to do something about this. That close to 60.00 we’ve spent there without getting what we expected.
I always get the number one and I love full, happy and ready for a nap. The chicken us cooked well, juicy and flavorful.Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids.

They always forget my zax sauce!!!! I pay extra for honey mustard on top of the zax sauce and they never give me both. Upset. I JUST WENT AGAIN AND AGAIN THEY GAVE ME NO ZAX SAUCE. Had 3 meals in my order and there was not 1 zax sauce.

I went on my lunch break to go grab what I thought was going to be some amazing Zaxby’s, yet I opened a box of horrors in my vehicle. And that wasn’t even the worst part. We ordered in the drive-thru, and ordered a spicy signature sandwich meal, the three nibblerz, and two drinks. Upon pulling up to the window, I noticed the gentleman about to fill our drinks, but accidentally knocked them into the floor. Luckily those cups weren’t just picked up and re-used, but instead we didn’t get them at all. The gentleman, whose name was Tino, proceeded to hand us a bag with only one of the meals and neither of the drinks. I then entered the building, and waited patiently at the counter for assistance. It took a second, but the gentleman eventually came up to ask what I needed. However; he did not greet me with a, “What can I get for you?” Or “Is there something you need help with?”, but a sharp and in an annoyed tone, “Yes???” I then explained to him the situation and he asked, “Was that all?” I responded with a “Oh, and the drinks”. I was not rude in any fashion, but this man then bulged his eyes with a shocked look and proceeded to roll them at me. I did not catch his name, as I was already appalled at the service I was receiving and could not believe he just rolled his eyes at me. An unkempt older gentleman in the back was working on my nibblerz. The only saving grace of this customer service experience was a woman who checked to make sure I had been checked on and that I didn’t need anything else. After this entire fiasco, I opened my box and this was the absolute horror that I had to bear witness to. A completely demolished nibblerz meal. Whoever made this meal should be ashamed of themselves, as they clearly ripped my buns and had not even the slightest care for his job at this establishment. This was hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever endured in my entire existence and the Zaxby’s on Signal Mtn Rd should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t even know if this could be made right, but I would at least hope an attempt would be made.
