This is a great place to eat. The food has always been hot and fresh. My granddaughter is fond of Zaxby’s and likes to eat here. Nana and PopPop like it,too.

About a year ago this place was amazing.. now you get hard nasty chicken that hurts going down your throat like a lump of rocks, fries not cooked all the way with no seasoning, and you have to wait in line for an hour. Don't ask for extra ice either because you’ll get warm tea with 3 little pellets of ice floating around. Also they didn’t even give me a receipt. The one making the drinks has a bad attitude and management sucks. I’ll never be back. I know a lot of people who hate this place now, bring back the old crew!

I normally like Zaxbys. However today Tracey made my experience not so pleasant. She didn't greet me and my boys when we came in and then started dishing out questions like a dictator. She could probably feel my disgust towards at this point because it was all over my face. We sat down waiting for our food but while we were she started throwing our condiments on to the Trays. Literally throwing them upside down, Side ways etc. I went to the counter and snatched our trays and she tried to smile at me. I shot her the meanest look I could. I would still recommend this Zaxbys and return but as for Tracey it's a ?? NO!

My wife opened her lid of the drink and found bug about the size of a nickel with wings in her drink. We were appalled. We took it to the manager and were surprised that they had the audacity to offer us “a new cup”. I said that was unacceptable and she said that was all she was willing to do. I let the rest of the restaurant’s patrons know that they should check their cups for bugs. This is disgusting. I understand that things happened but the lack of professionalism by the manager was breath taking. Iv never seen such an incompetent manager of any establishment in my life. Usually your business is only as good as your manager. So this place shouldn’t be open. I wouldn’t eat here if you value your health, or if you just don’t like winged-surprises in your food/drink.DO NOT EAT HERE ☠️

This place, in my experience, has been a hit or a miss depending on the day and crew working there. Some days, the food is as good as fast food gets, but others it seems as though the kitchen didn't try at all. Also, there's no point in asking for extra fries because you never really know when the extra dollar (or so) will be worth the ask.Lastly, it's absurd to ask if I'm dining in or ordering to go when the food is ultimately going to be served in a to-go container.I have worked in food before, and I understand that sometimes things run out. However, it is an important courtesy to disclose that.

the wait in drive thru is TERRIBLE, employees on their phones instead of working making it harder for us whom has limited break times to eat . My whole break is literally gone be sitting in drive thru .

I'm a big fan of Zaxby's and have been to locations all over and around Tennessee, and this is my favorite location in Chattanooga so far. The food is almost always on point and you can tell the chicken is fresh out of the frier most of the time. While I've never had an issue with the food, I have had a lot of issues when it comes to the service at this location, with my biggest concern being the speed of service being subpar at best. I try to avoid coming to this location at lunchtime since the time in which food is served is so unpredictable. It's especially frustrating if there's some mix-up with your order, since there doesn't appear to be enough staff to prioritize an order and still get other tickets out without issue. I understand staff has been short everywhere too, which isn't necessarily this location's fault, but it definitely shows.

I'd like to say what an amazing staff. I've been running all day for the company Delivered. There was a problem in the apps which has made everything late. They were apologetic and even asked if needed anything while I waited. I was such a a blessing meeting them today. I hadn't eaten all day due to the time constraints with app issues. Might I add I'm expecting and the food was so fresh and I just can't rave about them enough. 3 staff members buckling down and making things happen.
