Zaxby's in Hixson is definitely a hit or miss. I prefer not to go here unless it's when they first open, at the beginning of the day bc no one cares about their job its seems. Last year, 2023, every time I got food from here my order was wrong and with my lifestyle, I don't have time to be returning food, I actually asked for right the first time and I always kept receipts to make sure. Go at your own risk. I left my review a for ya ??♀️‼️

Placed a mobile order through the app and credit card was charged. Went inside the restaurant to pickup the order and half was unavailable (no stock). Tried to tell us our order was cancelled and that the card hadn't been charged. Too hard to get a refund and still didn't get anything. :-(

They're chicken is never crispy!! Nobody likes squishy undercooked chicken! Leave the chicken in the oil longer. I actually went home and put their chicken tenders on the stove in some oil. I was scared it was undercooked. They also never season the fries. Hwy 58 zaxbys is way better. They actually cook the chicken and season their food.

The food was hot and tasted great!! I’ve had a few questionable experiences at this establishment. Yet, this time was much better. It has really turned around.
I'm just not really a fan of Zaxby's. The kids like it though, so I get it for them. Chicken fingers are dry and seem small compared to other restaurants.

First thing... They got my order right!!!! The food was hot and fresh. I was very happy I followed the impulse to stop and pick up dinner on the way home. It was so nice to have friendly staff. I will definitely return to this Zaxby's again even though I have one closer to my home.Parking: Parking was convenient and close to the restaurant.
I ordered the new chicken sandwich through the drive-thru. They did not provide napkins nor ask if I wanted any ketchup, etc. For my fries.

First time here. Terrible service. Ordered food, they asked for a name and if it was for dine in (we said yes). Then waited for 20 minutes while no one else was in the restaurant. Finally another party came in, ordered and received their food. At this point we got up to ask where our food was bc they came in after us. The guy didn’t say anything, just walked over to a rack and said- oh this is yours. Chicken, fries, bread, and fried pickles were all soggy and gross.

I stopped in because we have a son stationed in Bremerton, Washington that absolutely loves Zax sauce and there isn't a location there. I asked the manager/managers if there might be a possibility that I could get some Zax sauce to send to him since he had a birthday coming up and he loves it so much and never asks for anything. They never hesitated and immediately started filling a bag with the Zax sauce and asked that I tell him "We appreciate his service". This really touched my heart and for this our family will choose Zaxbys more often than we do now...if that's possible. Thank you Zaxbys for supporting our troops.
