So everytime we get food from here they always messing up. We just got 2 double cheeseburgers an they couldn't even put 1 slice of cheese in the middle an I wanted everything pickles onions an they couldn't even do that. I'm sorry but y'all need to do better an pay attention to what people order an put the cheese in the middle an not on top of the bun with the pattys in the middle instead of being on the side.

I will never go to this McDonald’s again! Ordered my food, got to the window for them to give me my drink and tell me to pull up and wait while they make my food. Sat there for 20 minutes with 1 car in front of me. A girl comes out with food and i can clearly hear her ask if the man in front of me had the cheeseburger meal and a large fry… which was my order… apparently this man was tired of waiting and told her yes and she hands him my food i had already been waiting on for 20+ minutes. The girl goes back in, comes out with another bag which clearly wasn’t my order and asked me if that’s what i had, i told her no i had the order she just handed the guy in front of me! The girl proceeds to get hateful and huff and puff and says “ well i guess im going to have to make that order over again” and proceeds to stomp away…. 30 minutes later still don’t have my food. UPDATE: she comes out yet again with another bag and a drink… mind you i already have my drink… and proceeds to give me the wrong order again…. Very unorganized!!

It's a mess. I lost hope in humanity when I stopped here. Robbed of an extra 5 bucks, yea not much but I have 2 boys I'd like to grow up the best they can and I guess to get to the bottom line, well we won't be stopping at the Golden arches anymore, anywhere. I don't go back inside for a drawer break down in drive though to say ya " got it mixed up" over 5 bucks you could keep it and il not let your half put together meals get cold. Lord know and besides letting other good folks know thats all i really care about. What a way to kick a fella in the pants. In 1 of the better McDonald'sin the area id think. Ya lost one this time. Hope it was worth 5 bucks cause you couldn't drag me in the place. And I'm not eating what got cold, which was thrown together across the room from what I can tell, and if ya need the pics I have them. Way to move forward. I would bet she didn't even count the draw cause when she came back and I asked if it was right on. She says " yes it was right on. And I say not a penny over or under cause I have run a register. And then I was told it was 50 cent over so I was lied to on top. She didn't have time to break down the drawer or check the cameras. What a joke. Save yourself and go to Pals. It's a healthier option anyways and then have always been friendly and done good business ?. Stick w local Pals not a bunch of clowns, it will save time and $$$

I've learned my lesson to never go through the drive-thru always go in and always check your order before you leave because I can almost promise 9 times out of 10 something's not right but when they finally get it right the food is good in normally fresh of course because they didn't make things right and you complain whoever is taking care of you sometimes are most of the time starts getting an attitude like just take the food in love with it but no thank you if I'm buying something and I ordered a certain way I expect it to be that way it's not my fault somebody can't follow instructions this is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to on following directions but like I said once they get the order correct the food is goodParking: There's absolutely no problem finding parkingWheelchair accessibility: 95% wheelchair accessible just wish the front doors had an automatic button

If you can't understand customers orders, get out of business. When I go to McDonald's I get the same thing every time. A double cheeseburger Ketchup and Onions Only. A large fry, and a Large Drink.I go through the drive thru and make my order. The person talking through the intercom was very quick to cut me off as I was making my order. I straight up told them "Now you listen here, you better not cut me off again or I will report you". After I made my order and got my food.It was the meal but the burger looked old/crusty, and it had mustard/pickles on it.I drive back through the drive thru and the same person answer saying "Welcome to Mcdonald, how may I h... oh it's you again. What do you want."Let me just say, you don't EVER talk to the customer that way. They pay your bills. They are the reason you get a paycheck. You have no right to act like you're better than everyone else when you're making minimum wage working at McDonalds. I explained the issue and drove to the window. I showed them the meal and said, "First off, does this look FRESH to you? Would you feed this to your family. Second off I said Ketchup and Onions only. There's Mustard and Pickles on this."They took it back at got me a new one. I check the burger... I can tell they gave me the old burger and scraped off the Mustard and Pickles and handed it back to me. There was also spit on it.I did not pull away from the drive thru until I had what I needed. My burgers were made to order but they sent me to the front door spaces from the driveway and forgot my drink. When they brought my food I stated they forgot my shake and the manager was very defensive saying she wasn't told to bring it. Good

At 5:20 am I walked in and ordered breakfast to go. A few minutes later I walked out the door with my order. That can be difficult these days. Some places don't have employees that will show up to work. This restaurant is a place I will visit any morning on my way to work.
