My fiancé got the chicken sandwich on Saturday 3/9/24 got home she ate half of it and it started to taste funny to her so she didn’t eat anymore of it. That night she started getting really sick to the point where she couldn’t stand up and had to be in bed all week, today is now Wednesday after going to urgent care come to find out she got salmonella poisoning. We will definitely not be going back to any Arby’s after this experience and how much pain she haves been in. Normally we cook at home cause it’s way safer due to the fact nobody cares about there jobs anymore, but we were in a hurry this day but lesson learn. And now after reading the reviews I see that they normally don’t cook there food all the way done shame on to you Arby’s.

It's Lent season, and the fish sandwich is back. Arby's offers three different sandwiches. The regular with sherreded lettuce and tartar sauce. The cheddar cheese sauce with sherreded lettuce and tartar sauce. The King's Hawaiian Fish Deluxe with shredded lettuce, tomatoes cheese, and tarter sauce. You can get the regular and the cheddar sauce 2 for $6. Mix n Match.
a 6 piece nugget and medium fry the easiest thing to not mess up. Be so serious ? sat for 10 minutes with my screaming newborn in the car just to get home to this. Do better, last time my chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked it’s ALWAYS something when i come here

Got two burger meals and both raw! Pulled the burgers apart called the location and the manager said I have to say well done. Since when! funny part is my son got one 30 min before me n his was done all the way through.
I usually stop by after late after work & I always get the best experience. John is such an amazing worker, he knows my order off bat. He always goes above and beyond for me. My food is always fresh & amazing in taste. Thank you John and the late night crew for always taking care of me.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers. I sat out there and waited 15 minutes. I went inside to ask for a refund and I didn’t even get an apology. She just said OK that’s fine and refunded me my stuff. Craziest part is when I went in there. I could literally see mozzarella sticks and jalapeño poppers just sitting there so I’m guessing someone forgot about my stuff? I don’t know either way that was the worst service I have ever received my life.

If you want upbeat friendly staff THIS is NOT THE PLACE TO GET IT!!!. Especially if you are a food delivery driver. Don't ever expect your orders to be ready or even prepared quickly. Out of the 100 or so deliveries I have picked up from here maybe 1 was done Upon arrival. I just watched again as 3 peoples orders were taken prepared and handed to them while my customers food sat in the warmer because it was doordash.
