This place makes some amazing food but they are way to over priced.

Bon Fire used to be one my favorite spots in Clarksville, but not anymore. The restaurant was visibly dirty on my last visit. The quality of food has significantly declined and the service is mediocre at best. At one time we would have to wait for table at this establishment, but now it's wide open. Changes need to be made.

This is my second time here. I made my bowl, and they added extra. I can't be mad at that. It was delicious!

I love going here, everything tastes good and you get to mix and match whatever you want. Just too good.

Food was ok, but there was about a cup of oil in the bottom of the bowl.

The bonfire used to be the place to go, I don't know what happened. Walking in to place our order we were met by a girl at the counter that was more concerned with making sure we answered the tip question than taking the order. I personally do not agree with tipping before I even received my meal. Secondly both the ladies working were wearing sweats and house shoes. If I wanted to eat in my pj's I would have stayed home. Overall atmosphere was unwelcoming.

I eat at this location and the Hendersonville location and both have something in common the service is a hit or miss 1 waiter and 1 host is not enough. This is a pretty popular restaurant to eat at and that’s something I’ve noticed since I been coming here to eat food and atmosphere is good just lack of help. I understand that some restaurants don’t pay as well but it doesn’t hurt to put a now hiring sign in the window just my opinion

1) the tables were sticky. 2) the water tastes like bleach. 3) the yum yum sauce has a hint of floor cleaner. 4) fried mushrooms were soggy and nasty tasting. These guys used to be awesome. One of my favorites. But paying as you walk in is like going to McDonalds, but these guys want a tip. My tip is based on the quality of service and the overall experience. I don’t just tip to be nice. I tip very well when I receive quality service, fair food and decent atmosphere. The food quality has gone down. My guess is, new owners. I’m going to stay away from this joint for a while.

overheard the cook telling another employee that her miscarrying her child was her own doing/fault. when she was in clearly an emotional state of mind. do not recommend this

I knew something was off when the restaurant was completely empty around 7:30/8pm on a Saturday night. This place was once a great restaurant but has declined tremendously. Bowls were terribly dirty. It was a dinner for two and the meals were two different sizes. The cooks got out sizes and sauces mixed up. Food did not have the best taste either. I had to take it all home and recook all of it. Maybe this establishment needs new management? All of the negative reviews that I read while sitting in the restaurant was definitely spot on..

Our food came back swimming in oil, wish I took a photo before throwing it away. The beef was so tough it was almost inedible and the pineapple tasted fermented. My husband and I only got through half of our bowls before throwing it away, the fermented smell coming from the vegetables should have been out first clue to leave. For the super high price point I expected to at least be able to finish my meal. Definitely better Mongolian bbq out there, save your money.
