Review is written after three separate times taking my lunch break here and last time being 4/4/24. Ordered same thing each time. Onions rings were cold and had to ask for the zesty sauce twice each time and no napkins or ketchup. Burgers was luke warm at best each visit. Depending on the day you will hear the employees cursing and acting like kids. I will not be back after last visit.

This joke of an establishment was extremely slow, asked me what I was waiting on when I had yet to receive any portion of my order, and “out” of Diet Coke and Coke Zero. Highly suspect they just didn’t want to change the drink boxes. Forgot the sauce I specifically asked for, but gave me an extra whopper. This entire town is a dumpster fire, and this restaurant fits right in.

Great place for lunch; it's not really busy during lunch or early dinner, even on weekends. The ice cream cones are only ¢50 and are just like McDonald's or other fast food cones, just a fraction of the cost. The app has many great deals so I find myself here pretty often.

Subjectively there didn't seem to be urgency, and the service wasn't friendly. Also, my 12 minute wait for 3 sandwiches in a non crowded restaurant was disappointing. Otherwise, the store looked clean on the inside, and is easy to get in and out of.

The restaurant was clean -- including the bathroom --, my food was made quickly, my food was hot when I got it, and my food tasted awesome. Well done to the team running this Burger King.

Every time I order from this restaurant, I always have a problem with my order. I don't know what's the problem with this particular restaurant. I always have items missing from my order or my order is not fresh. There are other Burger King's in the area that seem to do a better job. I'm pretty done with this particular one. It's just too bad.

I placed an online order at this BK and went to pick it up. I waited 8 mins for someone to talk to my at the speaker before getting asked about my order. In total, I waited 33 minutes from start to finish before I got my food in hand. They asked me three times to tell them what my order was, tried to hand me other food items that I didn’t order twice, and then my food was incorrect. They never gave me straws, napkins, or sauces. I went inside to ask for my money back and was told to talk to customer service on the app (this is fine, that’s protocol). They were not apologetic or concerned and I spent 5+ mins waiting for them to come talk to me inside as well. My order was completely wrong and not made to my specifications—one of which was to have extra pickles on everything. I asked to at least have some pickles and they claimed they were out—is that not something you’d tell me when you see that I ordered pickles? My milkshake wasn’t shaken enough and the chocolate is all at the bottom and they didn’t put Oreo in it. My order is wrong, my food is cold, my drinks have no straws, and my milkshake has melted. I just wanted a decent meal after running a marathon today, is that so much to ask? Will not be going back to this location. Thumbs down.

Every time I come here it takes forever. In Drive thru, they always make you wait at the first windows until the food is ready, because if they have you go to next window, a timer starts. So they are cheating corporate policies. Then half the time the food is cold or missing items or made like a blind person made it.
