We ordered on the app & we picked up our order in drive through.....Everything was correct.....The people were friendly!!!!!!Vegetarian options: I am a Vegan so I subtract non-vegan items every time when I order the Impossible Whopper.

For years I avoided this BK cuz of how rude the (general?) manager that was always there was, I'm not sure if they got a new one or what but it was a pleasant surprise to be treated so nicely this morning and fresh hot food.

This place is the king all right… the king of bad service. I waited 15 min just to get one burger… I had somewhere to be so I just left. The staff is beyond incompetent.. and obviously don’t care about getting food out. I probably saved myself from a case of food poisoning by not getting my food. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I haven’t been to a Burger King in years and we decided to stop here on the way back to illinois. I was pleasantly surprised, the fries were golden, crispy on the outside, perfectly salted, and nice and pillowy soft on the inside. Such a good flavor and I’m very picky on fries. Even my fiancé was impressed. He got the chicken sandwich (he’s never had it) and ate the whole thing very fast, and agreed the fries were delicious. I’d always joked “I don’t know how Burger King is still in business” but now I am shocked they don’t get MORE business. I stand corrected and will be visiting BK more often. The guy that took our order was very friendly as well. A great experience!

Every time we’ve ordered the bacon and Swiss chicken sandwich it has been made incorrectly. They haven’t put the Swiss or bacon on the sandwich for the past 5 times we’ve ordered from this location. Be careful when ordering this sandwich from here!

I want to give a HUGE shout out to the three employees who made my visit very pleasant today, October 28 around 1:00 p.m. (Sorry if names are spelled wrong) I went through the drive thru, and from the speaker to getting my food, these three were seriously so friendly, cheery and all around awesome! Thank you to these three for putting a smile ony face today! I give their customer service a 10!!!!The three employees were Shantel (Shawntel), Brittany and Nikki.

Wouldn’t know if the food is any good. We walked into the restaurant at 2:00pm on a Saturday, stood at the counter, coughed a couple times and no one even acknowledged our presence. The woman behind the counter that was helping the drive through very purposefully avoided making eye contact. So we left and went to the next one up the highway
