We just went over the weekend, and I normally love it here......but! We were seated and then.......nothing! A couple was seated after us and was immediately serviced. We waited and waited, still nothing! There was staff inspecting the dining area, I guess for cleanliness, but we were ignored. I looked at my wife and said let's go elsewhere! As we walked out the door the hostess said "have a nice day" and we did at Outback! Hospitality is everything in the restaurant business! Once again, we love Chili's, but if we're not important enough to get waited on in a timely manner, we can love somewhere else! This is also why I don't believe gratuity should automatically be added to the bill. If you get poor service, you shouldn't have to pay for it!

Exceptional customer service from the time we entered the restaurant. Hands down to the manager and our server Paige. The food was great quality as well. So, I think I miscalculated my insulin dose, when I tell you Paige was on top of it. Then her manager came over and also checked on me. They were so nice and genuinely cared. Paige kept checking on me to ensure I was okay. We even had a lil small talk. I will definitely be back and Paige thank you so much for your service. Clarksville TN location.
I recently enjoyed a little catch up time with a friend. The server was great! The atmosphere was really comfortable for both of us. Side note: the pay kiosk on our table was a bit temperamental. Otherwise A+ Chili's!

In and out of this place in less than 30 minutes during dinner rush for $13.13 with the Old Timer 3 for Me deal.Cons1. Once everyone finds out how well this place is managed it’s going to be so packed that you’ll have to wait in long lines.This place is a hidden amazing gem in the sea of terrible customer service at chain restaurants.I am literally blown away at the speed and quality of the simplest of dishes. (Old Timer Burger and Fries.)

I wish they would take out the perfume smell out of the bathroom ?? I almost threw up because of the smell other than that the food and service was amazing!

We went for lunch on a Thursday and it was busier than we expected (good for them!). Service was fast and friendly and the food was very good.Kid-friendliness: Our kids really like the menu choices and the prices are better than any kids meal you get at a drive-thru.

Everything was great only thing I'd say is they need to up the alcohol in the drinks I bought 3 drinks and chugged pretty fast and didn't even feel a buzz normally my face will start to get red and stuff and didn't even have
