Me and my husband placed an online order tonight for pickup, when I got there I got the food and went home. When I got we realized they had his bowl completely wrong so I went back to chipotle to have they remake it and they did thankfully. When I got back and we sat down to eat I opened mine and realized it was completely wrong to. (It was my fault for not checking the first time after his but still.) the bowl was completely wrong and I don’t know if they mixed up orders or what but it’s very disappointing.Also there was only one employee there that way nice when I went back for my husband bowl. Everyone else didn’t smile or ask if I needed help. After a while of waiting the nice guy that fixed the bowl came over to help.

It the same place in Los Angeles or Las Vegas or Clarksville TN. Thank you for not changing a thing. However, how could you run out of white rice? Not a big fan of brown rice. Just saying.

Service is terrible the girl working at the register with orange and blue hair doesn't know what customer service is and after having my food made and attempted to take first bite my food was already cold due to the the girl who added my toppings put way too much pico de Gallo with alot of water. After complaining to same girl at register that my food was cold her only suggestion without an apology was to tell me to get back in line behind (6) other people . I asked to speak with Manager who did apologize and offered to remake my food again which I appreciate. Lastly dining area is not keep clean nor is drinking station teas stocked with tea. Spent $50 for family of three and have no plans of returning in future will go to competitor instead.

This place sucks at online orders!!! It is not worth your time and money if you can’t physically go in and yell at them to put double protein and extra of everything!!! This is not worth $20+ a bowl!

I’ll be happy when chick fila opens back up and ever goes back eating over there, unfortunately the past 3 weeks it’s been a 35-45 minute wait to be served due to the line.

This is actually the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. Whenever I try to give it a chance it reminds me of why I don’t visit. The rice is always undercooked, whatever spice is used on the chicken is over used and disgusting, and ALWAYS forget my guacamole. It got to the point where I thought I was the issue and it wasn’t on my order, but it is.

It needs cleaning during the work day, plus there are no napkins, they serve very little food and each person tells them to serve more! They don't look for food when it runs out and it's enough for everyone! ....what's wrong with you? as if they didn't get a fortune for every kilo of rice!

This is the only chipotle that I’ve been to that never has any product ready on their main line. Came in to get dinner and they didn’t have any “protein” ready besides half a pan of chicken and also had less than half a pan of brown rice and no white whatsoever. The work station was also disgusting.

Training a guy, so I assume a manager.Extraordinarily rude to the new guy, demeaning him and taking over his job (my order, by force) rude to me by making me feel like I was a chore his mom had asked him to do for the fith time.He added queso AND vegetables when I never asked for them, and just brushed me through the line (maybe 3 or 4 people).Disgusting attitude and demeanor by this individual, to workers and myself, no one deserves that.
