Assuming it was Larissa making their bowl, she wasn’t welcoming or friendly at all. John(Manager) overcharged my children. I told him that they had been overcharged and he argued that they received double queso, which was untruthful. I had to stop my children from eating only to let him look through the bowls to see it didn’t contain queso. At that point, he stated well how many did I overcharge you for. I will never return to the location. My children were charged almost $70 dollars for 3 bowls and a burrito.

Do not call in orders, DoorDash or Uber eats If you don’t have it made in front of your face, do not eat here they will constantly leave things out or give little to no meat. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and my meal had no chicken in at all. No type of meat at all. They’ve always messed up on previous orders of mine time after time I always get let down With the mediocrity that they allow. I just need to stop eating from here period it’s time to close this location down Clarksville it’s always something here and $15-$20 is a lot for them to continue to keep messing up on orders.

I ordered my bowls through the Chipotle app. On the last one , I ordered a bowl, 5 tortillas, and chips. When I went to go pick up the order, someone who seemed like the manager had an attitude. My wife let me know we had ordered the tortillas and chips, and the manager stated that if it was not in the bag, we had to pay for it even though we had already. I received screenshots that had evidence we had paid for them, and we were able to get that from another worker. We came home and saw we only had 3 of the 4 bowls we ordered. When we went back, they stated they had given it away. Not even an apology!! They reluctantly made a new one with an employee asking and asking if we had put any additional toppings. No offense, you already gave our order away. No apologies, it is the least that we deserve! We made the bowl exactly as we ordered. The only good thing was Samiyah, who was the only polite and friendly face there.

Today me and my daughter entered into this chipotle as we are waiting to place our order I noticed that the manager was being very rude to the African American man in front of me. The manager stated that he was only allowed 2 sides on his bowl. Also he paid for extra meat as well. As the customer looked confused the attitude that the manager was giving was horrible. So my daughter order her bowl fine no problems. Now it's my turn. I ask for 2 salad dressing since I am ordering a salad. I was told I will be charged. I ask why was it a new policy? So I proceeded to give my order and was than told that if I was going to continue to be rude she will call the police on me. I said how am I being rude by giving you my order. So I asked her for the manager with a smile she said she the general manager. I said you have a boss can I have his information or customer service number. She refused to give me this information. So I got on Snapchat will I was looking for the number and then was told I couldn't record and pull out her phone to call the police for trespassing. I happy exited the premise.So I will never come here again. Not to have someone try to throw me in jail over a bowl I paid for.

What happened to this Chipotle? Absolutely horrible experience, I'm a small female with tiny hands. How was my hand bigger than my "burrito" it was like a tiny taco wrapped in disguise as a burrito. The guy making the burritos was rushing me so fast, like I had to be out in 10 seconds; keep in mind that no one was behind me.... it was just all around a bad experience.

Had the worst experience here. I have never been told that I would have to pay extra for cheese. Especially when the only thing I had on my bowl is rice, chicken and corn. Absolutely ridiculous. The gal told me that I could only have 2 sides with my bowl and that everything else would be considered extra. And I was told by a gentleman after I pointed out that I was not having salsa, Sour cream or lettuce, that dairy cost more. I will never be coming back to this Chipotle again. I’ll drive a little further to get the service Chipotle is known for.

It’s a middle of the road Chipotle. The building is clean which is very much appreciated! The food portions can be kind of a mix, sometimes you get all the meat other times it seems like they half scoop you. The people working there are kind enough it’s just very middle of the road.
