Placed an order online for pickup for 5:17pm. Arrived at location at 5:05pm a waited until it was ready to pickup. Once inside, I stood at the pickup lane and noone was at the counter, after about 20 seconds someone came from the back and noticed the ticket on the register that they never even checked, so in other words my order was not even ready. They quickly put it together and it was subpar, they left off an item, but I was too much in a rush to complain right then and there. My granddaughter really wanted it so I left disappointed.

I asked for extra cookie dough and I only got one piece of cookie in my Ours Ice cream. Yes I did come 20 minutes before they closed. But still!!! And I gave them a 5 dollar

So, I've been a customer with company for decades, when they were only in Arizona & California...I'll usually get a pint or a quart, today I went into this location to purchase a quart, I only get 3 mix ins, one of them being brownies, Kayla gives me a half of a small square (keep in mind the squares are smaller than they use to be) and when I said something to her about adding more, she wanted to charge me extra...really???? I'm not paying $10.99+ for a quart of basically sweet cream, so I guess if I would've got a pint I would have only gotten a quarter of a brownie. I said that's okay and I left w/o purchase. They need to stay consistent, with that being said, I will no longer be patronizing this franchise!

I had ordered a birthday cake on Saturday and the lady I had spoken with said that it would be a ready at 11 AM sharp on Labor Day. I even asked her if they were opening late or closed on Labor Day and she specifically said no and told me that she went to go make the cake right then. Went to pick up the cake today and they were closed. Tried calling and saw people in there but no one picked up. door said they opened at 11 AM so I kept calling and finally a lady answered and I told her the situation. She was very disgruntled and bothered that I was needing my cake at the time that I had ordered it and TOLD it would be ready. She said the cake wasn’t even ready but it would only take her five minutes and acted like I was being unreasonable. She gave me attitude and told me that it takes 24 hours for the order to be done. I informed her I had ordered it on Saturday and she said ok then and rolled her eyes. Wasn’t even upset that the cake was late even though I needed at a specific time, was upsetting that this lady was so rude about the situation. Never buy a cake here.***updateOn top of the terrible experience, the birthday cake is not what I ordered. I had ordered a cookie dough custom icecream cake and got a plain vanilla one. Will be calling to request a refund for this and am extremely disappointed.

I had a fairly large order so I ordered an hour ahead online so I wouldn’t overwhelm the employees or hold up the line. About 10 minutes before I arrived to pick it up they called to tell me that they were too busy to fill my order at all.
I guess the man making mine tonight didn’t hear me when I said “in a cone” but he turns around and starts mumbling under his breath when I asked for it to be in a cone again when he had put it in a cup. 2 out of 3 employees working looked like they hated their job.

A passive aggressive note that was taped to my ice cream. Very rude and unprofessional. The online order did not give me an option to choose whipped topping as an option. So the only thing I thought to try is to put in the special instructions to add whipped topping. The ice cream was good, but I didn't appreciate the note that was included. The note made it sound like I have asked for this a million times and this was the FIRST time I have ordered online.

They have non dairy advertised on the front window and they don’t even have it as a selection. Absolutely the worst experience ever.

Ice cream was good. The servers working there didn't prepare the ice cream correctly on the cold stone. It was still very soft and never rolled the ice cream. Were out of Vanilla in front and didn't even go look to see if they had anymore.

My husband ordered ice cream through grubhub and they closed the store before shutting off the tablet. We were waiting as we received a delay message and an hour and half goes by before we called the store about the order. They didn't answer so we called grubhub's customer service. All they could do was cancel the order and now we're waiting on a refund. This store was incredibly careless in keeping their grubhub tablet on without anyone in the store. That is false advertisement. We 100% do not recommend this Cold Stone Creamery. We will not be condoning nor visiting this store ever again.
